Sent ultrabook in for service. Computer is under warranty. Computer crashed each time it was turned on. I received the unit back two weeks later. When I turned it on, it crashed. I contacted the service technician who told me he didn't have any idea why it wasn't fixed and I should sent it back. When I said that I wanted the shipping and insurance paid for he told me to contact Samsung directly.I contacted them, was told I would get a call from their Executive Customer Service department in two days. One week later I contacted them again. Was told the same thing. Still waiting.

The first time they were supposed to come out they did not show up. The second time they had to get a part for it, the third man said it was a loose wire. We did not have the television for three weeks and did not get the chop replaced. It was a wedding gift for my husband, and we have less than 200 hours of viewing time on it. They said we would get a loaner television, and we did not get one. The customer service is terrible. The one repair man was supposed to be here at eight and called at one and got there at three. Once he got here he was able to fix it right away. I will not buy directly from them again.
Description of Work: We called them to repair our television. There is a chip in the television that is burning it out and causes the screen to go purple and green.

I’ve called the company many times and even wrote to the corporate office and they wouldn't’t give me any answers. I spent hours on the phone for hours with their customer service. They said they would refund my money, but that’s not what I wanted. I just wanted to know if there had been problems with this model and why it wasn't working. I just wanted some answers and they wouldn't’t give me any. My old dryer never did this; I never had damp clothes. I spent a lot of money of this and can only use one setting. I would research more before I bought anyone’s product again.
Description of Work: I bought a Samsung dryer, model #DV350AE from Lowe's. (It was on sale, the original price was $899.00) The “sensor” mode that should make the dryer stop when the clothes are dry doesn’t work. You have to use the time cycle to get the clothes dry.
