They are efficient and easy to deal with and they know how to do a job quickly and well.

Great experience. The electricians came on time, took out their shoes to avoid bringing dirt in our place and quickly fixed all the issues we had.

The techs came and resolved the issue in a timely manner, we were quite pleased with their work and would hire Haddad again.

From the young lady who answered my call.. to Jonny Arce... the service was astounding.. immediately he started working assessed the situation professional efficient.. clean.. would use this company again..

Came on time. Repaired & explained what was needed to be done. Drywall removed & reinstalled. Be aware it's a n hourly rate. Customer was great when I needed another separate receipt for insurance purpose

Dear, please do not take this review as negative, take it as opportunity to grow and improve your business & customer relation. Techs were excellent, no doubt they found the problem within 15-20 mins, right on the target. I will rate them 5 out of 5. But they did not have a part with them and they went out to buy. Haddad company charged me for that time too, $125/hr. They should have different policy for the idle time. I do not mind to pay but must have to be less than $125/per, For this poor policy I would rate 2 out of 5. if they are electrician and do daily this kind of work, they should have at least few parts (may be 1 or 2) in their Van extra. it would save their time too. they could have done two jobs in that time. No doubt they are #1 I rate techs (Angel and John) 5 out of 5 for their great skill and knowledge. they worked in rain. which I was little worried. Problem was corrosion, connector outside of my house was corroded for one phase. Soon they replaced one connector then other phase went out, so then again tech went out to buy one more connector. So I had to pay $610. this included tax and parts, took 4 hrs. that should have been done in max 1: 30 hours. At last, I will recommend them and will hire them again but they need to change the policy for non working hours. I am interested to hear from Nick Haddad for this. Regards, Surinderpal Singh

John and his colleague arrived on time, both knew their stuff and were efficient with their time. Nick their boss, was easy to reach, very responsive and accommodated our schedule.

Outstanding.... Have used them for I stale of pendant lights in kitchen and other small jobs.

Helped us install an outlet for a new dryer, which required a larger panel as well. Job was done in a timely and professional manner. Team was knowledgable and flexible with our schedule.

Nick was very responsive and was able to get the job done immediately.

Was quick to respond and come at a short notice.

Horrible service. 4 calls reqd to get them to come. And they changed the cost up from 125/hr to 160/hr after Sandy. Not happy with how they work. - In response to the resp from the company: The work they are calling "non-emergency" was for fixing our home's first floor electrical outlets after hurricane sandy, with a 2.5 year in tow and 9 months pregnant about to deliver any day ..yes I did consider it an emergency to get my home fixed so it was live-able. If they had been upfront about the costs it would have helped. Instead of saying that they will charge less and then charging more.
