Despite multiple issues that caused the project to last 6 weeks, the owner was extremely customer-conscious and was dedicated to making it right. He arranged for the window replacement and ensured that there was follow-through to finally get my window replaced. In addition, the first window replacement did not fit exactly, so they came back the following week and fixed it so that it was right.
