+ -1 moreTheir price was right. They came in and did everything. They were extremely professional. I actually enjoyed them. I love them. I love their work. They came when they said they will be here the particular time. They were on time. They never stopped working until the job was done. I actually called them twice because I like what they did the first time. They didn't tear up my walls and ceiling. I was impressed. It was neatly done. They surprised the hell out of me. It was beautiful all the way. I have no complaints. If I say something bad about them, I'd be lying.
Description of Work: T&L Electric put in a recessed lighting in my living room and upstairs and on the chandelier while they were at it.

+ -1 moreHe gave me a good price and helped with my scope of work ideas. He was careful in positioning locations of lights; gave good suggestions and it was a pleasure to work with him. Since my house is old, he was really good at snaking wires through the walls and enhancing my electrical outlet needs. I'm going to call him back to put in outdoor lighting over my deck.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical panel; increased service; rewired house outlets; put in new recessed ceiling lights.

+ -1 moreTed called me back within 1 hour of leaving a message to set up an appointment for the next day. He was right on time, pleasant, and fixed the problem on the spot. I will call T and L again when I have work that needs to be done.
Description of Work: I called Ted and explained a problem that I had with my stove. It was making a God awfull sound. He came in, found the souerce of the noise and fixed it within 15 minutes.

+ 13 moreUsing Tand L was a wonderful experience. I got everything done smoothly and efficiently.
Description of Work: I've used T&L ELECTRIC several times because Ted does the work of several contractors; his multi-tasking skills made his services unique & I didn't have to coordinate and wait for other trades to get my job done. I did an apartment renovation in NJ which required electrical and plumbing work. He did the rough installation, put in hi-hat recessed lighting and connected the fancy new appliances. His work is professional, he's reliable and completes the job on time with quality and within the budget. I was so pleased I had him work in my apartments in Montclair, NJ where he handled electrical problems in an older building and brought my apartments up to current code and standards. I feel safe having him work in my homes and apartments. Currently, I contracted Ted to renovate my kitchen, install all new appliances, a security system, relocate steam radiators and hook up my new HD TV. While he was working, he also repaired a leak that developed on my steam boiler and installed a set-back thermostat. It seems that he can take care of any problems that may arise. While working on the kitchen renovation, Ted noticed that there was only one lighting circuit breaker for most of the house and suggested two more circuits for the additional hi-hats which made sense since the ceiling was open and accessible to easily make the improvement. He thinks ahead and makes reasonable and intelligent suggestions. I'll be using him again.
