He failed every inspection

We hired Wally or Walid Hamza to do an addition and renovate our house. The nightmare started in February 2017. He failed the footing and lied to us that he passed. He removed the red stickers from the window. I noticed that his framers kept changing, some could not nail properly. They sawed and cut 2x4 on the floor ruining my wood floors in the living room, MBD, and other rooms. The sub contractor he hired were just as unscrupulous. They did not care as to all the damage they caused in my home. Some of the beams were damaged that had to be replaced eventually. His workers, broke my newly purchased Andersen Windows (6). He failed the framing inspection, which included fire blocking, face nailing, and metal joist hangers. He refused to adhere to the Construction Document. He insisted that he reported the changes to the Building Department but he did not contact anyone. He was caught and instead of fixing the mistakes he resigned from the job. He is a arrogant, imcompetent, and an imbecile who had no clue how to do framing. His electrician A-1 Electric were incompetent. His plumbers E & D Plumbing were just as incompetent if not more than the the GC himself. The plumbers stole our pipes and disconnected all our pipes after passing roughing inspection. We currently have heating pipes that are not connected to the boiler. Wally, wanted to sheet rock the place. He fought with stucco contractor and police was involved. Besides breaking many of the windows and front door and household items, he stole many items from our home. He refused to provide Certificate of Liability, also he lied that we were covered. We are now hiring new contractors to finish the mess he created.

Walli is a wonderful person to work with. He really knows his stuff, is very patient and is willing to provide his opinions and ideas when needed - meaning he is not just someone that takes orders and fills them. He offers end to end solutions. So you can get everything done from one company. He spent a lot of time with my wife and i to pick out the tile and fixtures for our bathroom, made suggestions on things like toilets, sink, faucets and medicine cabinets. After we came to our decisions he organized everything, the construction work, plumber in addition to the tiles work. I would recomend him to anyone needing

The owner "Wali" with over 18yrs of experience was great. He took time to listen to our concerns and design. He gave his experienced input and gave and estimate. After shopping around and checking a few referrals out, I hired him. Took 1 week to complete floor job. They guys working for him are seasoned pro's. I kept an eye out, but NO cutting corners. Everything by the book, excellent. Proper prep., metal lath, 12x18" x 1/2" thick marble tiles placed in brick pattern.... flush!! Then another week for different crew to install my kitchen cabinets and island. Looks exactly like the pictures the designers had made. We're very happy with how it turned out! Worth every penny!!

My wife and I had something in mind, but after seeing different tier/classes of granite at home/tool stores, we were skeptical of pricing. Wali (owner) said dont worry about price yet, just pick out what you like. We did, and he was able to show us different colors with veins, untill we finaly did. He worked out the cost with us. The guys came in on time as promised, and installed like clockwork. Our island is one slab of over 3 ft. x 9 ft. We had Wali install our kitchen floor tiles and cabinets 2 months earlier. After shopping around, we went right back to him. His service, skill, and price is worth it.

The owners name is Wally. They are excellent and do first rate work. Very punctual.

THEY WERE GOOD & RELIABLE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD, BUT IT WASN'T EXTRAORDINARY. THEY WEREN'T TOO EXACT IN THEIR MEASUREMENTS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWICE BECAUSE OF A WRONG MEASUREMENT. OVERALL, THE JOB WAS COMPLETED & I AM HAPPY ABOUT THE WAY IT LOOKS.
