I initially scheduled my service appointment for the afternoon of Tuesday 6/21 but also told the service dispatcher that I would be home all day on Saturday 6/18 since I preferred to have the work completed on the weekend. Glen, the owner, called me Saturday morning, said that he was a few towns away and asked if he could stop by to examine my system, which was a pleasant surprise. Glen and his assistant arrived at my house approximately 30 minutes after speaking with me by phone and began to diagnose the problem. After performing diagnostics, Glen determined that the controller needed to be replaced and completed the work within 20 minutes. He then walked me through the system operation of the new controller since it offered different and more advanced functionality than my older model did. Glen and his assistant completed all work and setup within 40 minutes and were a true pleasure to deal with. I look forward to using J&C for any issues or service needs that I have with my sprinkler system in the future and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: My existing lawn sprinkler controller stopped working and I called J&C (as a new customer) for a service appointment to determine why my sprinkler system no longer operated automatically from the controller timer.

 + -1 moreAs above they are extremely experienced in home sprinkler systems. This is my first house and they took the time to explain how it worked, how to change the settings and what to look out for. They sent a letter and called when it was time to close to make sure that we did it before the cold weather. Extremely happy with their service.
Description of Work: They came and closed our sprinkler system. They opened the system in May and were awesome. We just moved into the house that was neglected somewhat. They found the water main valve which I had no idea where it was located. A few of the heads were broken and they replaced some of them. Had only one issue with the controller a few months later and they came to fix that too.

Everything has been working fine ever since he installed it. The experience background, we did not have any problem since they installed it about 3 weeks ago. They are excellent.
