Bruce came out promptly to the property to give us a quote. He carefully reviewed the work that was required and took his time to explain it to us and was available for follow up questions. He was able to arrange his schedule to accommodate the timeframe that we needed. He also followed up with us immediately afterwards to answer questions and also walk through his findings. We highly recommend Ductz to anyone in need of a thorough and professional air duct cleaning provider.

We turned on our central air unit this season and a terrible odor started to come through the vents. Bruce, the owner of Ductz offered to come to our house and diagnose the problem and determine if we needed our vents cleaned. Bruce spent a hour of his time looking through our home trying to determine the cause. In the end he recommended a conservative approach that worked well for us. Every other air duct cleaner we spoke to on the phone wanted to know how many ducts we had and then they gave a price. I felt that Bruce at Ductz took the time to determine if we really needed a cleaning and what was causing the smell. My perception of him and his company is that they are very professional and straight talkers.

Ductz was very thorough and professional. They were here from 8 am till 5 pm and left the house exactly as it was before they started the work. They gave me a thorough explanation of what was going to be done and the results of what they found at the end of the day. They encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. I would recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: All ductwork was cleaned, all registers were removed and cleaned, dryer vents were cleaned and integrity of vents and piping were checked and repaired where needed.
