Excellent. Very efficient and nice young man. Explained problem and showed how to take care of manually resetting circuit breaker in the future. Inspected faulty light fixture and changed the bulb. Light has been working with no problem since. Keep up the good job!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dominick and his team. Dominick responded to a phone call quickly and, within in a few days of our meeting, had a detailed and accurate proposal for the work I wanted. More importantly, he listened to my needs and came up with a plan that worked for our new living space, and he moved existing equipment to another spot to save us money. When we had changes on the fly -- another light switch, for example -- his team made it work seamlessly and the extra charge was extremely fair. This is how I know I've got a good contractor: His team added an outlet and moved the messy wires for our internet connection without charging me or, for that matter, even telling me. It just got done. Again: I look forward to hiring Dominick and his team in the future.

Fine it was great, everything has worked fine since they came.

I was given a quote for several items throughout my home which included a 10% discount that was offered on their site. The workers were here for 7 hours total (not including their 2 hour lunch break) and there were a few extra items including 2 dimmers and special size recessed lighting that the worker informed me would be extra and we agreed to. When I was given an invoice it was a few hundred more than we discussed and the extra charges were supposed to be minimal. The worker told me to call his boss Dominick and I mentioned the price was much higher than we discussed, even with the extras. He immediately had an attitude and told me I was trying to nickel & dime him and that his workers spent 10 hours there (again it was 7 hours, and the quote was a flat fee, so the time is irrelevant). After some back & forth he realized he forgot to include the 10% discount, but rather than admit he was wrong, he continued with his attitude and talked down to me as if I were an idiot which I really did not appreciate. There was also a ridiculous markup on the extra charges but nothing I could do about that. When I said I would be paying by credit card, he told me he couldn't honor the discount because of credit card fees (I run a business also, that's the cost of doing business). I told him he didn't mention that I would have to pay by check when we spoke about the discount, and he said "well you didn't ask". Had it not been for his attitude, I wouldn't have felt it necessary to leave this review, but warning to others - double check your invoice for "accidents" & be aware that discounts don't apply when using a credit card.

Very well. he service professional managed to get those lights back on even though it was not straightforward and he had to figure it out.

Electrician called to let us know he was a few minutes behind schedule which was fine! Courteous and completed the work within am hour - would use again.

The guys were nice, but they had no idea what the Deal included. They asked "What do you want us to do?" They had no idea what that was. I actually had to go upstairs into my files and pull out the print out. He said they could do the Electrical Inspection but they would cost extra.They said the wording should say "And/ Or". They said that it was "Angie's List wording" and that Angie's List had mis-worded it. They did install a light. It was a very easy fix, they just connected the fixture to the wall. I was really interested in the electrical inspection. The house is really old, and I've had a lot of electrical work done and I just wanted the inspection that was offered in the deal title.

The guys at Tosone were punctual and very professional. They solved my problem and worked very efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Attempted to do the job the easy way by anchoring a conduit to the wall rather than cutting the plaster . I expressed my disappointment. He then said I would have to cut the plaster. Well that is what I expected. The job was completed to satisfaction but I did not appreciate the electrician's approach and,waste of my time.

I called Dominick and left him a message yesterday around noon with a concern about a little bit of a smoky smell in one room of my house. My concern was that of a bad electrical connection at an outlet or a burning wire. While waiting to hear back, I opened up the AC unit and cleaned out the filter (which had gotten pretty caked up) and vacuumed the room pretty thoroughly to see if this was the source of the smell. After letting the AC unit run for 30 minutes thereafter, the smell seemed to dissipate. I heard back from Dominick early this morning asking if I still needed any help. I politely declined and explained the situation. He was extremely professional and courteous. He offered a few quick tips over the phone as a courtesy and I would certainly utilize his services for future electrical work.

I shifted to new home and found that some of the switches aren't working, Don was able to find how the circuit is connected and find the fault in wiring. He has all the tools handy in his van, including some of the switches which needed to be fixed. I will definltly use his service next time there is some fault.

We use Tosone Eletric once before, again they work to my expectations, very professional and dedicated. They re-route an electric connection in the second floor and attic, also cancel a connection in my basement that was install illegally by previous owner.

As a new homeowner, Dom did an exceptional job explaining all outlet functions and even surprised me by showing me a pre installed surround sound wiring system in the living room. The relocation of the light switches seemed challenging at first due to metal and cement behind the walls but Dom was adamant about relocating them to a convenient location. Dom was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would use him again. Thanks Dom!

When I first spoke with Dominic he tried to help me over the phone with the doorbell problem. When it was clear that I would not be able to make the repair after spending a couple of hours I made an appointment for him to come over. Dominic showed up on time and started working immediately to determine why the side doorbell did not work. He had to figure out if a wire was broken somewhere and it took time since there were many splices in the wire. He found the problem which was a cut wire in the attic, repaired the wire, replaced the chime which burned out (luckily he had on his truck) and changed the transformer. All parts needed to be replaced as it turned out to be more than just a broken wire. Dominic was very professional and friendly. He did not waste any time. I would definitely hire him again.

Dominick and his workers were very professional and very friendly. I was impressed with their work, they really knew what they were doing. And on top of all of that, they finished in a timely fashion; they helped me clean up the place once they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of great electricians.

They performed the work quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and pleasant. Office staff very responsive.

Everything with Tosone was excellent. Dominick and his guys do a great job. We have already brought him in to look at a new project.

Other contractor nextgen electric did a great job

Dom was great. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and resolve. Highly recommended.

There were two technicians and both courteous and efficient. My only issue was that they were 2 hours late and did not call. I had to reach out to them. I would definitely use them again.
