The company was patient, professional, and dos outstanding work! My old roof had a massive crack in it and Ryan's people came out, got rid of the old roof and built a brand new one.

Not Good The problem we have with the additional framing and carpentry which we paid for but the job was not completed. The framing wasn't painted completely and is exposed to the outside environment.

very well - workers and team lead were all very competent, worked very safely and explained all of the work to be done. I was really surprised that they matched the paint color on the woodwork that they repaired -(!) - - the roof is very steep and so needs to be done carefully. I asked about an area where is seemed there was a clogged downspout and since they were doing the gutterwork - they replied that anything would be reviewed and taken care of . debris carefully removed and carried away.

The roof looks really great. The gentleman came out and sold the product. He had a lot of interesting details and we didn't need to contact anybody else. It took a long time getting back to us. We signed the contract and in a month and a half, we heard that they were ready to do it. We told the person that we wanted somebody who speaks English. Nobody speaks English. They didn't do a good job in cleaning. They didn't do the gutter correctly. The workers were very diligent. They worked very hard. Roof looked great. I guess the price was fair.

It went well. I had a small problem on the day that they were supposed to come to do the work, they said they knocked on the door and asked to use the electrical and I said no, so they left. That did not really happen. The owner apologized for the confusion and sent another team out the very next day and they did a great job.

They were great. Arrived very early morning they were expected and got right to work. They completed the job in one day. Cleaned up the house and outside area.

The contract for the work was signed on 12/20/12, and the work was completed in mid-January 2013. The contract states that the warrantee for the roof includes not only the roof, but valleys, as well as roof penetrations (i.e. skylights, vent stacks). Shortly after the roof was installed there was a leak reported over unit #4. Certified Roofing said the leak was due to old skylights but fixed the issue with no further issue reported to date. We have had?some heavy rain storms through Spring/Summer 2014. Since then 3 new leaks have been reported over Units#2, 4 ,8. I called Certified Roofing and spoke to the owner Chuck. He proceeded to tell me that the skylights need replacing and that he would not send anyone else out unless a they could bill for the time. I quoted his contract warranty?at which time he said the skylights were not covered. I found Chuck to be very unprofessional as he questioned my aggressiveness with my clients and called them 4 letter words. There were no leaks prior to the roof replacement. Again, I have tried to talk to the owner regarding this,?only to be met with derrogatory and abusive comments, telling me that he is not responsible which is unacceptable. Also, unbeknownst to us, this company subcontracted the work out to another roofer. We will never do business with this company again.

I had been in contact with NJ Certified Roofing for roof repairs/replacement after Hurricane Sandy. In the interim I needed a tarp put on the roof where the shingles had come off during the storm. At first they were not able to come out to put the tarp on prior to a snow storm but after a phone call from me and one of their salesmen, they came out the next morning to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. All of the employees I was in contact with were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well. After I received all my estimates I contacted Roof4Roof and again John came to my house and I signed the contract. His office staff when they contacted me or I called them presented themselves in a professional manner. I am waiting for a date for the roof and skylights to be done but a lot has to do with my schedule and when the Township issues the permit. Roof4Roof took care of the application process. If their workmanship is anything like the pre-install encounters

It a moment for the skylight because it was custom made. I was updated religiously about the delivery and installment of the skylight. While I waited for the skylight Roof 4 Roof addressed my ancillary needs with respect to a major leak. They then completed the remainder of the job swiftly, with no complaints. I was referred to Roof 4 Roof by a neighbor and I would definitely refer them to anyone. It is sometimes hard to find quality contractors that you can trust, Roof 4 Roof are trustworthy. They break the mold.

It was great. Their service and work were good. We had a very good experience with them.

Overall he did a very professional job with the repairs and also checking all other possible places that may or could leak in the future . They arrived when they said they would, and we didn't have to wait around for them to show up. They didn't have quite enough roofing cement on their vehicle for the amount of repairs to be done have to go to Home Depot to pick from home

I haven't done the work yet and will write another after. But, these guys could have taken me for a serious ride with this roof. I have no access to the roof and had them go up there and inspect it. They quoted only 2500 dollars for replacing the one part I already knew needed to be fixed and some additional chimney re pointing for another 1800. Again, really nice and prompt. I will use them for sure when we do the work next month.

The quote and supporting material was detailed. The sales person was very prompt. Ultimately I went with a lower priced company.

Great service and very professional. They were very honest and made sure work was done correctly. The original service date was moved because it was a bitter cold day and installing the roof on a below freezing temperature would've cracked the shingles. The work was rescheduled to a different date which was fine with me since I rather get the work done correctly than rushed. I appreciated their honesty and quality of work. They even came back a second time to clean the yard after the snow/ice melted. The added bonus was our roof contract gave another family in need a new roof. Such a great service with a great program. Highly recommended.

They had actually come out and give an estimate when we were in the process of purchasing a home, and they were very…the salesperson Joe was very personable and very informative even if at the time when we didn’t even own the home. Even if the estimate was higher than others that we have obtained we just felt comfortable with their knowledge. They are just very professional.

We didn’t use them because they were too expensive. We had no problems with their service but their price was high. We had several quotes from different vendors and their quote was double from most of them. They had a lot of allowance and warranty and that was the reason why it was expensive. Some of the roofers had ten years roof and twenty years roof. Someone recommended them to us as they were good to them. Apparently they were more specialized in residential than commercial.

Roof4Roof was great. Overall they were neat, did a thorough job of cleanup and did not damage any of the shrubs on our property.

During a freak storm where it was raining heavily with the rain moving from south to north laterally the hot tar roof NJCR installed 2 years earlier was leaking. They sent a guy over ASAP after I called and he took a look at it. He noticed some recent renovation work near the leak was the true problem and therefor wasn't a problem with the roof. He also caulked some spots I had some reservations about even though they were not the source of the problem. After following his advice I have not had any other problems. It has rained many times since with no issue. The previous rooves have been a headache since I purchased the house and was very happy when the NJCR worked pefrectly even during Sandy. When I called the person on the phone was polite and helpful. The person who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me (not easy) even though he had many other calls to go to. I'm very happy with the work and I would recommend them to friends and family

These good people were professional, knowledgeable and responsive from start to finish. Joe gave me an estimate, after his thorough look at and on the roof. He provided explanations of the work to be done, and the quality lifetime warranty roofing systems that Roof4Roof could provide, complete with literature and shingle samples. All was in writing, and every question treated as important. He also worked with me constructively on costs. Ryaan in the front office made sure all my questions and concerns (before, during and after contract and performance) were answered by the appropriate person, both well and fast. The work started 7 days after contract execution and was completed in 1 day, in fine fashion, by professionals who left the property cleaner than it was when they started. There were 2 post-completion inspections by Joe and management. I highly recommend Roof4Roof, and would use them again.

Good job. I am happy with it.I noticed the shingles on my roof starting to turn green with a few places where moss was starting to grow in clumps. I called Stevens Gutter people with whom I have a gutter cleaning contract, explained the situation and asked if they could recommend someone to clean my roof. They said to try Stevens Roofing, I did, and in less than a week a crew was there and did the job.

They did non of the things they said they would do with the exception of rushing (railroading) in 1 day as they said. They did a heck of alot of damage to the property around the house. As my friend pointed the issues during the project they said its all Ok we'll take care of it at the end instead of addressing it then to their workers (all aliens) at the time. The manager said we wish the homeowners wouldn't be home when they are replacing the roof!! He should've know better and stop them then, and then they wouldn't get paid from his insurance until they would fix everything. Any how My friend got screwed at the end since each manager would throw the problem to another manager's shoulder and got non of it taken care of. Don't fall into their trap and sign the contract. Do your homework. There are way better roofing companies and for alot less money with better quality work. They are not professional at all specially at the office. They are rude and threaten you. Take a walk through their office in millstone and you'll see. They have no awards of any kind. They have multiple complaints with BBB and consumer affairs. To him they are a fly by scammer company!

He worked well with our Insurance Co. adjuster and we received approval to replace my entire roof due to the storm damage. Once we received approval from insurance Co, we had the material delivered and the work performed within a week. They promised the job would be completed in one day and they delivered. All the scheduling promises made were kept and they even went above and beyond by cutting in a ridge vent in one section and performing the labor to install an attic fan as well (neither were there before). The workers were respectful to our property, cleaned up properly and you had no idea that the work had been performed after they left (if it weren't for the awesome new roof they replaced)! After the work was performed,a week later, I noticed a small issue with a vent pipe that was out of alignment. Julian came himself to check it out, went on the roof and fixed the issue. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
