Our agent, Bradley Horner, is fabulous. He's knowledgable, kind, and supportive. We learned a lot from him and enjoyed our time looking at houses. When we found the right place, he helped make all the steps as painless as possible. This agency is locally owned and I'm sure all agents are very familiar with the market, but Bradley's the best.

I emailed approximately 20 realtors during a late night house hunting Internet session. I did not receive any responses after 72 hours. i signed up for Angie's List and reached out to a few more. Allison was the only one to respond and did so promptly. She is tech savy and has been very professional. She makes sure she reaches me via text, email or phone. With only one meeting, she earned my complete confidence that she will help me find the perfect home.

We used five different realtors and we found Kathy Kulik of Rhodes Van Note Realtors who we really like. We used her in November 2009 when we closed our house. I recommended her to one of my clients and she got him a house too. I think her fee was 6% and she was worth every dime. She actually previewed all the houses before we saw them and nobody else did that. I was like seven months pregnant, so I really appreciated that. Every house I could see why she picked it because she really listened. She was very honest. We were on contract on a house and the inspection had a problem. Her advice was to pass on the house even though she would lose the deal and she got us another house. She wasn't trying to talk us into something that would not be good for us. She works like 24/7. We can get her all the time. She calls me right back. She had a vacation plan when our deal was getting negotiated and she called us everyday. She closed the deal from vacation. She was just amazing. We would rate her highly and use her again in the future if needed.
