As a sellers agent, she actually worked her listings, she aggressively networks with other realtors, she makes sure she prices the homes are well. She gives it 100% As a buyers agent she negotiates the best deal and she follows through including moving information and putting information together to get the transaction moving. She provides a lot of personal touches which also gets the process moving. There is no need to use any other realtors.

Lina is always the consummate professional-punctual, knowledgeable about all facets of real estate, and always is able to offer assistance and referrals for other services a homeowner may need (painters, contractors, home inspectors, etc). Even though Lina has multiple clients, as do all realtors, she always makes you feel as though you are her only client. She is always available, always helpful, always looking out for you and your home search. She knows real estate and especially knows Essex County like the back of her hand. When I bought my condo, I had started with another agent before I met Lina. Nothing every came to fruition with the other realtor and I always lost my bids. Then once I switched to Lina, she opened my eyes to other areas I didn't think to look at with my first realtor, and finally my condo appeared and I finally won the perfect place! Lina guided me every step of the way from searching for the right place, to bidding on my dream condo, right up to moving in and finding the right vendors for my renovation. I have been in my condo almost 3 years now and know that with Lina's guidance, I made the right decision to love here. Without her advice, I wouldn't be nearly as happy with where I live as I am now.
