To future clients of Maggie Ludwiczak: I have encountered the best realtor ever and feel qualified to make this statement due to the previous purchase and selling of a condo, 2 houses and most recently a town house. Beginning with the phone call to Maggie letting her know that I wanted to put my town house on the market due to my future retirement and relocating to Southern California. Maggie came over to see the house and provided a few suggestions. In addition she gave me 2 DVD’s to watch which included pricing and how to prepare to show your home (purge, purge and purge some more). I must say that I discarded and gave away bags of things thinking I did a good job. However did I previously say purge, purge then purge some more, well that’s exactly what Maggie stated to me after my first purge. When I finished my house appeared to be pretty empty but it certainly looked great in the photo brochure that Maggie put together. To make a long story short my house sold in 2 days thanks to Maggie. Maggie did work above the A status on this review. If there were an A+++++ then that would be more appropriate. She was a tru professional and did everything possible to make sure that the home buying process was smooth. She made sure to educate us on items that we did not know about and wisely advised us to steer clear of properties that were in questionable locations and condition. Maggie is the best!

Maggie Ludwiczak works out of the Montclair office. She wound up being the representative for the seller and for me. I had to sign a whole bunch of papers for disclosure purposes about that. She took me to four houses that I asked her to look at and after the fourth one she said that she had a two family in Rutherford that hasn't hit the market yet and would I like to see it. She thought I might be interested and when I came over and looked at the house she was right. It's a diamond in the rough. She is extremely hard working and when we were getting the appraisal done there weren't any two family houses like my house at the age my house is in the immediate area, so she was in touch with the appraiser. I went through the Veterans Administration and so they have a certain type of criteria and she went and got several other houses that were much more similar to mine than the things that were in town. There was only one two family house sold in my town in the past year and that house was like 100 years old and mine was only 50 and it was a big difference and because of the work she did the appraisal came in a little higher than expected. She really works for her customers and does a great job. It keeps you in the loop because there's a lot of down time and a lot of waiting.
