Our realtor suggested Bob for home inspection and we couldn't have been happier. He showed up to the appointment early and had already set up ladders for roof inspection and taken pictures for his report. He walked around the basement, exterior and interior of the house, then give me detailed feedback about it's condition. He is extremely knowledgable and will give you the history behind the appliances in your house and when you should replace them. He also had other great insights and suggestions about the structure and electrical wiring. He mentioned that he considers his clients "clients for life" and will happily refer or vet through contractors in the future. I have already contacted him a few times to find electricians, plumbers, etc. I would recommend him to anyone for a home inspection!
