Wilber Sanchez and his crew was the most professional and proficient of the four companies I spoke to for cleaning my property to ready for sale. The cost was very competitive and worth the job. Within two hours, my grounds were completely cleaned of leaves, branches and general debris from the long and messy winter of 2014-2015. Thank you Home Advisor and Wilber.

K&B landscaping got in touch with me very fast. I am very happy with the work that was done. The grass was about 2 feet high and the did an excellent job and a great cleanup.

I am very happy with the job they did and the price was good considering how neglected my property was.

I hired K&B to do a full spring cleaning including cutting back hedges, removing leaves, aeration, mulching, and seeding. They responded quickly and were more expensive but I did the contract with Alex and wilbert came to do the job. I was very happy with the job! However, 4 weeks after the work was done Alex came over and rudely claimed that they did more work (there were far more leaves he said). I was flabbergasted and reminded him that his claims were totally incorrect. Seemed like he wanted more money from me at which point I cancelled my maintenance contract. Very poor customer svc and crazy becos I was actually a happy customer

Excellent work! Alex was able to oversee the work and offer guidance on what needed to be done all at a reasonable price. The work was done well and met expectations.

A bit expensive, but the job was very well done.

They provided service to my home however they did not fully complete the job to my satisfaction. I have called twice and both times I was told someone was coming out to complete the job and nobody showed up. Thought I would go with this landscaper because they were from the same area but my mistake. Looking for a new landscaper for sure.

He was very nice, was from the area and he would be here every week. He was on time. He did a great job! I hired K&B Landscaping (Bloomfield, NJ) in August 2015. He agreed to $120 a month for lawn upkeep. His spring and fall clean up prices were quite high. After Hurricane Irene he refused to pick up branches from a tree in the backyard. A friend cut them up for me but, I had to pay K&B to get rid of them. Also, when there were 5 weeks in a month he began to charge an extra $30 or not show up on the 5th week. I finally decided to "fire" him when he told me that it would cost $200 for the Spring 2014 clean up. I sent a letter to K&B on April 29, 2014. The letter was returned last week with "UTF". He never even came to work on my lawn without getting the letter. Thank God I am rid of K&B.I gave him 5 stars under He should now get 0 stars
