Description of Work: When I initially contacted Karin, she responded right away, and was initially very helpful leading up to coming to our house to give us an appraisal. When it became apparent that the amount she thought she could get for the house was substantially lower than what we still owed for the mortgage, she suddenly became "very busy". Over the course of the next month and a half, she texted me three times, asking when my husband and I would be available for a phone meeting (she originally told us we would have a sit-down meeting, but that changed somewhere along the way). Each time I responded with two or more options, but would not hear from her until at least a day after my last option (once it was almost a week later), asking for more times. Finally, she randomly called when my husband happened to be around, but I wasn't... and she had no new helpful information. She suggested again that we re-do the kitchen... we had told her at the appraisal that we could not afford it. My husband hung up the phone with the impression that we would be hearing from her with more cost-effective ways we could get more money for the house, but we heard nothing further. When I contacted her a month later, asking for follow-up, I received no response.

Description of Work: I used her as a leasing agent.
