They are good. Linda Grotenstein is phenomenal. In my opinion, she is the best broker in the area. What stood out to me about their service is the complete knowledge of the process and the area. Everything to do with it, she is phenomenal on everything.

She is literally the best in the area. She has won multiple awards. She's unbelievable. The amount of detail she puts into her work is amazing. She puts together a package of maps and detailed information about the area for people. We are still friends with her. She's very personable and has incredible knowledge on the area. She's a both buyer and seller realtor. When she's a buyer realtor she takes out all of her seller-realtor vocabulary. She's frank and honest about what to expect when buying a house. She'll point out both good and bad things about a house. She'll go to the house you want to see and tell you if it's worth seeing. She's beyond good. I think everyone should use her.
