BEWARE! ? This was the worst (hi-jack) service experience of all my years as a home owner. Summary: the parts that are used are non-manufacturer approved but they charge you manufacturer prices like $60 for a single A/C filter, services preformed were outside of what I requested/scheduled for, they left the working areas with cigarette butts/plastic wrappers and garbage and charged me for Freon for a unit that they claimed had a leak. ? The Freon recharge was NOT authorized by me and they put $200.00 on my bill. I was only looking for a check up not a repair. A $200 charge without any consent to the homeowner is unethical? ? My issue was that I have a warrantee on the units so the leak and its recharge were covered on the warrantee. ? The reality here is that they pumped it full of Freon and LET IT KNOWINGLY LEAK INTO THE ENVIRONMENT, they wrongfully charged me $200 and when I spoke to them they lied stating that I approved it when they asked. So what was suppose to be 2 A/C start ups estimated to be $218 cost me $538. DO NOT CALL, USE OR RECOMMEND THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS EXACTLY THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AS AGREED.
