+ -1 morecalled to get an estimate.no one came for more than a week after a couple calls.someone finally came. took more than one visit to get the job done -or so I thought.job was incomplete.owner came out himself to complete the job finally - 2 weeks (total) of limbo b4 job got completed, partially b/c someone "forgot" to come out initially. shoud have taken no more than a couple days.

+ -1 moreI would never hire him again. He gave me a warranty and didn?t stand behind the warranty. He said that the product I bought wasn?t good and it was my fault for buying it, but he sold it to me. The price was overpriced too.

+ -1 moreHe explained to me why it did, what he was doing. He was very good. The service was prompt. He was out same day, said between 2 and 4, was at 2:15. I get a year guarantee on the work. I was very happy with him. Cost includes the tax, and service call.
Description of Work: He repaired my deadbolt lock; a spring on it broke.
