Description of Work: Had two deadbolts installed, rekeyed 2 cylinders, duplicated a key and fixed a lock that kept sticking. Jim did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. All the locks work very smoothly now. Very very happy.

He made all the locks in the house work with the same key, and was able to provide me with as many extra copies as I wanted. His entire demeanor was low key and super professional. Definitely recommend.

+ -1 moreJim was amazing! He replied to my message within 10 minutes, and was at my home within two hours! My locks were removed, repaired, and replaced very quickly. I had purchased new locks to replace the damaged ones, thinking they were not salvageable: thanks to Jim, I can return them and save the time and hassle of swapping them out! Jim was courteous and polite. He was helpful in offering the least expensive fixes, instead of taking advantage and selling me things I didn't need. I have nothing but praise for Jim and Access Locksmiths! I will definitely use him again - and definitely refer him to friends!
Description of Work: Jim fixed two locks that had been damaged - to the point that I couldn't even use the door as it was broken in the locked position! - and re-keyed them for me.

+ -1 moreMy house key broke off in our outer door. I couldn't remove what was inside the lock, and the door was unusable. After checking Angie's List I called Access Locksmith and left a voicemail explaining the situation. Jim Buzby returned my call within an hour, and was at my house within3 hours. He got the broken key out, took apart the lock and took it to his truck/mobile workshop, and when he reinstalled it, it was better than when it was new. When I told him our other outer door lock was a bit glitchy, he took that apart as well and worked his magic on it. It is also now better than new. Jim was prompt, nice, and professional. His price was very good, and his work was terrific. I would use him again, and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Repair a broken outer lock with a key stuck in it, and fix a rough-working outer lock.

He changed me only for the visit and the re-keying, the copies of the new key were free, and the door adjustments were free. He was very professional, careful around the house, and completed the job exactly as promised.
Description of Work: Re-keyed 8 locks with multiple brands to a single key, and adjusted 2 doors for easier opening and closing.

He showed up on the agreed time, performed the task of re-keying the six locks, made additional keys at no additional cost, advised me on hardware products to choose and actions to take with aging locks, and met my desired result. He answered all additional questions that arose. The cost given included state tax.
