SUPERIOR GUTTER SYSTEMS

paid 80$ to caulk and test a gutter leak (with service guarantee). Gutter started leaking again 2 weeks later, called them back they came and re-caulked it, but said the gutter may need replacing. Gutter started leaking again 2 weeks later, called them to come and he said he would come in two days. On the day of the appointment he never showed up and didn't respond to any of our phone calls. We left several messages and tried calling against several times over the next 2 weeks and never heard anything back.

I used them every year for 3 years. They were Ok, but more expensive than the previous guy.

Very good. They were quick to finish the work. Cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

Great! Mark came early on appointed day- I actually forgot he was supposed to come! ( Did not need a time since work is done outside- and I had told him that). Really vacuumed out the gutters- saw the debris on pavement while he was working but then he cleaned it all up before he left. Also did a great, more permanent repair job on an area of gutter we ourselves had rigged. Got the sense he really knew "his stuff" about how the job should be done etc. Would use again! Note : He came by a few days before work was done to give an estimate- I was not home- so that is how I knew the price- which is exactly what he charged.

The company owner never returned with an estimate, after waiting for weeks, I felt he wasn't going to be able to follow-through. On February 3rd I reached out to HomeAdvisor, got an immediate call, and the work was completed to my satisfaction ahead of schedule on February 6th. The previous Angie's list contact took 4 weeks to do nothing. I intend to cancel my membership with Angie's list if possible.

Work was not performed this time.

So far so good. I think they were true to their word. They come when they said they were going to come - they did a good job! It looks good.

They were great. They did great. They showed up when they said they would. They did their job right when they got here. It was fairly priced. They got it done. They came to see me on the same day that I called them. They told me the price to fix some stuff in my house. They told me that some other stuff was wrong. They did it right then and there. It was like the best service ever.

These people are fantastic! I called to schedule an appointment, and because they were in my area they came by two hours later. They were very pleasant, called to let me know they were on their way, did their work efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me a fair price. I give them an A++ for the entire transaction. They have my business permanently.

Mark returned my initial call right away and we set up an appointment. However, due to bad weather and then a death in my family, we had to make and reschedule the appointment several times. Mark was totally professional and very accommodating. He checked out the entire gutter system on my house, explained what needed doing, and gave me the price. He made the repairs immediately. We were very happy with the experience and plan on using this company on a yearly basis to clean the gutters.

Needed to clean my gutters and repair downspout. We agreed on a date and time to get the work completed. Phone conversations were courteous and went very well, but nobody showed up on scheduled date/time. Also, I did not receive any calls to indicate that they are running late or canceling the appointment. I finally called back after 2 days and they said that they were backed up on other work. Ok sure, but why not at least call the customer once and inform him/her about this. In any case, I was told that they will call back and schedule for another date/time. It's been a week and I haven't received any call. I am moving on....

I called to get an estimate to clean/repair my gutters. The owner answered the phone, but passed me on to his partner. I gave him all of my details. They were very nice, but I never heard from them again. No telephone call back, or estimate in my mailbox.

Did not return calls after giving quote. I will not try him again. It is important to me that service providers be responsive and punctual!

It went really well. They came and did the job and I didn't even realize when they fixed it. They didn't need someone to be home in order to complete the job.

Called to get an estimate to replace some damaged gutters. Contractor never called back.

I left a v-mail for Mark, which he returned in 2 days. He apologized and told me he was available for an estimate the next day. He came out to the house and told me, after he quoted me the price, he could complete the work immediately. As no one was home, he performed the work and left the bill for me. He also told me he would note any issues on the bill, if there were any. I felt he was honest and open and not trying to upsell me, which is why I asked him to complete the work. I will be calling him again, thinking about setting up a 2x yearly clean-out. BTW, it poured the next day and not one issue, not one gutter was overflowing. Thanks Mark for the quick turnaround!

Set up appointment by phone and he arrived on time . Gave me an estimate which was agreeable and just stayed and completed the work.No mess and job completed in 45 min.

Mark was efficient, pleasant to work with, and professional. Did some caulking around a small leak for no extra charge. Cleaned up the patio to make sure no debris was left. Excellent experience. Highly endorse.

They were very accommodating and did a great job. They did the clean up work. I had to tell them to make the gutters longer so the water would run out better than before. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to have all our gutters replaced and covered to keep out leaves. We contacted Mark and he came out to give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. He gave us two different quotes because we had not decided which type of gutter protection we wanted. We also told him we might want to go with a color other than white and he told us what the difference in price would be. He showed us both of the gutter protection systems that he installs and explained how they worked. We were very pleased with Mark and we called him back to set up a time for installation. We also told him that we decided we wanted all black gutters in the front, but in the back we wanted black gutters with white downspouts. Mark was very accommodating and said it was no problem. On the day of the installation Mark and his assistant were efficient and cleanly. When they took all of the old gutters off they even tidied up the inches of mulch that fell out of them. Our old gutters were clogged with leaves and leaked--not only do the new gutters work very well, but they look great too. We have not had any problems with them since the installation. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing new gutters.

Found Mark on Angie's List and called him on the afternoon of 2/5/13 I was happy to hear a human answer the phone and Not a voicemail. Mark quoted me a price based on the length of my gutter which had been damaged during Sandy. I agreed to have the work done and Mark said he would call that evening to confirm a date. Mark called later that night and said that he would be able to come out the next morning. On the morning of 2/6/13 Mark and his assistant called in advance to say they were on their way arriving before 9:00 and finishing in less than 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with the work of Superior Gutter Service and recommend them without reservation.

I saw Mark's good reviews on Angie's List and called him for a quote. He was able to give me a quote over the phone, based on my measurements. We arranged for an installation date, but then a day early he called and said he had an opening, so he was able to come right out and do the job. I had already taken the old gutters off and painted the fascia, so there was no removal of old materials. The charge was just for the installation of new materials. Mark is amazing. He did the whole job by himself (hanging a one-piece 52-foot gutter is a pretty impressive feat) in a very fast, yet careful and expert manner. I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the new gutters. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing any sort of gutter work.
