In June, 2007, I contacted Sundial Schwartz, Inc., to come and measure two of my desktops and cut glass protective covers for them. A man came out to measure the desktops to create the templates. I waited a month to hear from them. I called in July, 2007 to ask what was the progress on the tabletops. They acted as if they had forgotten all about them. I noticed my credit card had been charged in mid-July. I've called back nearly every week about the glass and, each time, been given another line about what's happening. In reality I think my order was too small for them to care. Unfortunately, rather than telling me they would not do it, they keep making up lies and excuses about how it will be done "next week." This has been going on four months now. I still don't have my glass table tops. Even though I've called almost 50 times, each time I'm asked to leave my phone number so they can call back. They never call back. I always have to call again.
