I research enclosures for 18 months not sure of which way to go, but then I decided on pool and spa enclosures , it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We have enjoyed our enclosure for one month now from installation. It is a true delight from blocking cool breezes allowing us more time in our pool to being able to open it fully when we enjoy the sun. As a device it is easy to operate. The sections roll open with one hand and the added security of locking our pool completes our comfort level to the maximum. It has become an extra room to our home even if it is detached. We celebrate Pool and Spa Enclosures' people AJ and Dan's expert guidance through our process. We have imagined a cover on our pool for over ten years and these people were the perfect fit for us. And do not miss the factory installers. After unloading late afternoon and unpacking a few things they hit the ground running at eight the next morning. By two-o-clock that afternoon they were finished, cleaned up, and gave us a the few instructions needed. Fanta and Tomas were a wonderful crew. Highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to make their pool experience great. No leaves in the pool, fewer chemicals necessary, and less energy spent on heating. What's not to love?!!

I highly recommend the Laguna pool enclosure for those with inground pools in cooler climates. We have had our enclosure for five months now, so I feel ready to post a review. First of all, all of the marketing hype about the product is true. The enclosure is solidly engineered, and impressively easy to reconfigure, depending on the weather. The installation was completed in exactly one day as scheduled by a very competent team, including two factory representatives. The enclosure has enabled us to keep our pool open year-round, although we choose not to swim on the coldest days, because the air temperature in the enclosure tends to run about halfway between the pool temperature and the outside air temperature when it’s cloudy. By using a thermal blanket inside the enclosure, we’ve been able to keep our heating bills reasonable and hold down the humidity inside. The clear polycarbonate that we chose affords us a wonderful view of the woods around us, while keeping out leaves in the autumn and bugs in the summer. It takes about three or four minutes to open up the enclosure completely on a sunny day. Our two-year-old granddaughter was strong enough to push one of the segments by herself, so the videos suggesting that it is easy are right on the mark. It is an expensive product, but very well worth it because we get an extra seven months a year from our pool. We are very satisfied.

Before we chose Pool and Spa Enclosures we did hours of research. There were two other companies that offered a cheaper rate. We went to see multiple different pools before making out decision. Ultimately after interviewing people we chose Alex and Dan and I have no regrets. It was worth every penny. Honestly, the service we got was above and beyond the dollar value. From the beginning Alex was easy to communicate with. He provided references and people for us to talk to. Everyone we spoke to was thrilled with his work. Every time I called or emailed him, he responded within a couple of hours. Even after the installation- he made himself available for questions. And we had a LOT of questions! The enclosure was customized for our needs specifically and was a perfect in reality as it was in the blueprints. Alex never once lost patience with us. He even answered questions about our pool reno that were super helpful (more helpful than our pool company who were very difficult to communicate with!). The enclosure arrived earlier than expected and the guys who did the install were very professional. When they first started it looked like there was going to be a huge mess- but by the time they were done they had cleaned up so well it was almost like they hadn’t been there! The yard was left clean and beautiful. As for the enclosure itself, it’s been almost 4 months now. We got it done at the beginning of the winter and it’s working wonderfully! The enclosure keeps the area mostly warm and everyone who uses the pool is completely in awe of how gorgeous it is. Yes you can Swim All Year! The retractable pool enclosure allows us to swim in New York 365 days a year! One of my friends came to see it and was blown away. “I thought you guys were just getting a pool bubble- but this is exponentially better!” I highly recommend Pool and Spa Enclosures for your enclosure needs.

Alex was very helpfull and fully answered all my questions about the process and the enclosure before I placed my order. The professionalism of the factory trained installation team was outstanding. The delivery truck arrived and they asked me what area they could use to lay out the pieces in my yard. They worked swiftly assembling the rectracable cover, in spit of the rain and windy conditions. They kept the work area cleaned up as they unwrapped the sections of the enclosure. Expect a lot of trash from the carefull wrapping of the pieces from shipping. My garbage man isn't going to like me when I start putting out all of the bags! I would highly rate the Pool & Spa Enclosure team to anyone who is interested in enclosing outdoor pool. I would use them again if the need should arrise.
