5 Star service and experience. Recommend K.C. Service for repairing and servicing snow blowers and portable generators. The one time we needed it, My snow blower didn't start this year, after many years of service. The generator had seen heavy usage through the Sandy storm and the aftermath and had earned a service. My neighbor had previously used KC Service and was happy to recommend them. After we finished clearing the snow with shovels, it was after hours by the time I called. However, I got through to a patient person who answered my questions and ball parked the cost of repair and service, including pickup and delivery. After another call to arrange pickup of the equipment, the snow blower and the generator were picked up repaired and serviced and returned to their exact spots in the garage. It was the hassle free nature of the service that I appreciated most. The staff at KC Service were polite and helpful and they provided a seamless service from pick up to delivery and the bill was exactly as anticipated.
