+ -1 moreHeat was not always going on in the morning so temperature was dipping. Repairman came promptly and after checking unit replaced our old thermostat with a new digital one. This seemed to work most of the day but in the evening head again went off. Another repairman came within a few hours and replaced another part. Heat has worked since then. As we have a service contract we were only charged for the discounted cost of the parts.
Description of Work: Heat only went on sporadically. They replaced thermostat and another part.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for years, probably 10 years now. They are professional. They call and tell you when your maintenance is due and set up an appointment. I feel the price is reasonable. It’s a little over $300/year.
Description of Work: They come every 6 months for maintenance.

+ -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I BOUGHT FIVE DIFFERENT THERMOSTATS BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT WAS THE REASON, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I WENT THROUGH FIVE THAT FAST. I LIKED THE WORKERS, BUT NOT THE COMPANY. THEY JUST WEREN'T VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES TO TRY TO FIX MY FURNACE. THEY CHARGED ME $94 EACH TIME THEY CAME OUT.
