All went very smoothly - perfectly actually! Everything that was discussed and promised was done exactly as it was supposed to be and exactly when it was supposed to be (such a rarity these days). Dealing with Walter was wonderful, and his staff (in the office and in the field) is top-notch! It is such a relief to have a whole house generator after living through the events of Hurricane Sandy, as well as subsequent threats of bad weather/hurricanes and power outages in my area due to other reasons. Since meeting with Walter Danley, the company has also done some other electrical work for me after I contracted for the generator. All of my experiences have been extremely positive. I highly recommend them and will continue to use Danley Electrical for all of my electrical needs. I wish all companies were run so well!

From start to finish, my experience with Danley Team was nothing short of outstanding. The company handled everything...they were my single point of contact, even arranging for all of the necessary inspections. The office staff was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. Walter, the owner, did not give me a sales pitch, listened to what I was looking for, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of various choices. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. Once the unit was installed, Walter came to the house, started the unit up and provided me with step by step instructions on what I needed to know. Walter made me feel at ease and like I could call any time with any questions I might have. The guys who did the installation were punctual, accommodating, professional, worked cleanly and efficiently and kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Walter Danley visited our home, surveyed the premises and gave us a free estimate for the job. After our agreement to his proposal and payment of deposit, his company handled the permit and zoning applications and scheduled our installation date. The workers arrived promptly on the scheduled date and completed the installation as planned. There were some coordination issues with other contractors working at our home (as we were undergoing an addition) that the Danley workers had to deal with. Weather also became an issue as it rained on/off throughout the day and delayed some of the exterior electrical work. The Danley workers stayed until after 6 pm to finish the job and were very professional. After the final inspection by the town inspector, Walter Danley returned to test the unit and provide operation and maintenance instructions. We are extremely happy with the installation, the professionalism of the workers and highly recommend this company.

Walter and his team are thorough professionals. From the start, every activity is handled in a very disciplined way - these include scheduling, showing up at the right time and execution. Danley installed an electrical generator,the workmanship was evident. His crew is knowledgeably, they treat you with respect. The plumbers and others that Walter Danley and team engage follow the same quality and courtesy. I'd work with Walter and team again and highly recommend them as electrical contractors, particularly for generator installation.

Owner was very knowledgeable about product. The company took care of every aspect of the job from getting permits to installation. First contractor that I have dealt with in a long time that called me first to schedule each phase of the job. Superb Job two thumbs up!

It took a total of seven electrical contractors to come and look at the job I needed completed. Some contractors would not even do the work because I did not purchase the generator from them. The three who gave me a quote ranged a great deal in price (the difference in price from the least expensive to the most expensive was over $4000.) I decided on Danley for two reasons. Number one, their price quote seemed reasonable. Secondly, the gentleman who came out to give me an estimate, was very thorough and explained the ENTIRE job to me, step by step. I felt very comfortable when he left that the work would be completed correctly. My only dissatisfaction was with the office personnel, not the installers. When I called to schedule, I was told they would call me back. That never happened. I had to follow up with several phone calls to the office. On the day of installation, everything happened EXACTLY as they told me it would. My project is complete and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Dankey to everyone.

They came gave an estimate which was the exact cost! Came out when they said. Did what they did when they said they would. Told us what they would be doing and when. All of them were very polite and friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions no matter how odd they might have seemed. And cleaned up when they were done. I would call them for any electrical issue, or want big or small with out hesitation. I will also recommend them to my friends. We liked them that much!

They did an excellent and professional job. They arrived on time and left everything spotless when job was complete. They obtained all permits and everything necessary to do the job. They came back and made sure the generator was operating properly and gave us instructions for operation. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and, the next time we need an electrician, we know who to call.

They did turn key project in less then a week! I had final inspection done on May 21st. Great job, price and service.

Extremely professional! We had researched several companies prior to making our decision to purchase a generator. Danley was the only company that made our decision easy. They are very through explaining everything and they take care of everything. Their entire staff is very professional. I would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time on the scheduled install date. Charles,Pat, and Joe were the electricians who did the install. They got to work as soon as they showed up and wasted no time. Job was a little tricky because had to go thru two attics at different levels. Pat and Joe found the path and fished the wire across both with no problems. Charles set the generator and pad which was perfectly level and helped with the wiring. The piping and plumbing was done by MJ and was very neat and precise. The guys were extremely neat and professional. Had a little hiccup upon start-up of the generator. My house has a higher than normal gas pressure due to my tankless hot water heater which caused the generator not to start. Charles figured out the problem and informed me and the owner Walter of the situation. I figured it would be an extra cost to have MJ come back out and install the regulating valve....nope....Walter had MJ install it free of charge. I was extremely impressed with Danley Electricals workmanship and customer service and would definitely hire again. All the permits were taken care of by Danielle who was a pleasure to deal with. She answered any questions I had regarding the process and scheduled all necessary appointments. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

Installation crew was on time and approachable. Any questions were answered and options to install were presented and customer contact maintained throughout installation. Pleasant experience.

They were on time and working diligently and were very polite.

I am extremely happy with all aspects of the work, from estimate to final inspection. They are specialists in generator installations and were able to customize the installation to my old house and small lot with all the associated constraints and difficulties. They know the Generac equipment backwards and forwards. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, punctual, neat, and dedicated to doing high quality work. If you have to pay a little more than other low-ball estimates, or wait to get on their schedule, it will be worth it.

I was very impressed. Everything worked great, but what impressed me most was how meticulous he was. Very neat, organized wiring.

It was good but we didn't use them because they weren't the best price. They weren't competitive with the other company we used that came recommended by the manufacturer. They prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to.

They were great to work with. I was impressed with how timely they were in getting back to me. Their pricing was competitive. I originally worked with Walter senior until he retired, after that I worked with his son Walter junior.

The job was very smooth. His men showed up on time and were very efficient and professional. The gas line was run from the front to the back of my house on one day and the electrical was completed on the next. The unit was installed on a pad in my backyard. All inspections were done with one of Walter's men in attendance and all went well.

They were excellent to work with. I was impressed with their professionalism. Everything they said they would do they did in a timely fashion. We had a minor problem and they worked on it until it was resolved. When scheduling the consultation they were able to come out for the initial appointment in a month because I called like everyone else two weeks after Sandy hit. They got all of the electrical permits they needed and then installed the generator.

Walter did a very good job. He was timely and prompt. He was very easy to work with and a nice man. Walter completed the work in two days. I would highly recommend his services.
