All work was preformed in a professional manner. Tom does his best to ensure the house stays as clean as possible outside the work area. His work is high quality. Floors and back splash tile came out beautiful. Cabinets hung nice and square, trim work has nice tight fit. Work in basement was done in a similar fashion. Old walls had to be torn out due to water damage. He re-framed a small area that I wanted changed, added doors to crawl space, water heater and laundry room and installed a new ceiling instead of the old drop ceiling. I had used Always Solid late last year for two bathroom remodels and used them again for the latest work after being very pleased with the results in the bathrooms.

Everything went fine. Tom and Marco do all the work except for plumbing and electric which he has licensed contractors he uses for this. All work was completed in a timely and professional fashion. They took the bathrooms down to the studs and removed the old flooring down to the sub-floor. They also replaced the window in the master bath. Tom lets you purchase all the tile, vanities and plumbing fixtures on your own telling you how much tile to buy and what size vanities, etc, He recommends certain brands over others but lets you buy what you want. The price above includes the labor and the shower pan, tub, wallboard, interior doors and trim, insulation, plumbing and electrical sub-contractors, tile mastic and other odds and ends. I paid separately for all the fixtures and new front door, door lock sets and other items listed above. He kept the area as neat as possible considering the scope of the work. Tom and Marco arrived daily when expected and kept in touch with me about any concerns that came up. They worked in the house alone during the day and I had no concerns about leaving them alone with a key. The house was properly secured each day when they left. After the walls were up, he asked who was going to do the painting and I said I was. He suggested I hire someone especially with 8 new 6 panel doors to paint. I went with his recommendation and hired a painter who told me what kind he recommends but said I could use what I wanted. I went with the painters recommendation and his work was great also. I would not hesitate to use Always Solid or any of his sub-contractors for future work. When the project was done, Tom even separated the extra tile into piles of what I should return and what I should keep in case a future repair is needed and the garage where all the supplies had been kept was cleaner after he was done then he found it. The bathrooms and doors all look great.
