I've used Rex's services twice before over the past 11 years. He is honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable,and gives good advice. I don't recall the exact break-out, but there's a basic charge for a house-call, plus an hourly charge for labor, both of which seemed fair for the effort and skills displayed. My 10-yr-old laser printer still worked, and he made an extra effort to see if it could be compatibly hooked-up to my new PC, before installing the new printer I had purchased [hooking up the old one would have involved more research and cobbling together than it was worth]. Teaching computer use is not his job, but he did give me a few pointers about using Windows 8.

I like Akula Systems. They are a good computer repair company. My husband gave them a little help in the repair but could not have done it without them. They were able to save my data and they were very nice and professional. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable.
