Excellent! Professional and courteous

AFX did a great job installing a vinyl fence on my property recently. They showed up on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after they were finished. Thanks AFX!

I had an appointment set up for an estimate on a new fence and they couldn't even show up for our appointment we set up a week before. They couldn't even give me a phone call to let me know they weren't coming.

Not good. He failed to follow through on his proposal. I called him numerous times with no result. This contractor is not a professional and will leave you waiting for days.

The initial contact went well. I called the listed number left a voicemail and Ken got back to me the same day. We set up an appointment to discuss and estimate a fence installation job. Ken showed up on time and we had a good experience with him in regards to the estimate. Here is where it falls appart. After deciding to go with AFX Fencing, I called Ken back to schedule the job. I called three times and finally a week later Ken called back to say he just got back from a cruise and his phone and email did not work while he was away. When he called back, he was primarily concerned with what my neighbor was doing as far as his project with AFX. When I told Ken the my neighbor did not wish to use AFX his tune totally changed. It became apparent that he was not interested in doing just my job and he stated that he was just returning calls at the moment and was not ready to schedule a job. He stated that he would get back to me in three days. He has yet to call back or return my numerous calls and voicemails. I would have more respect for this man if he was straight up and honest to just tell me he was not interested in my job so I could have redirected my attention to finding another contractor, instead of stringing me along for weeks wasting my time.

JUST CALL AND LEAVE YOUR NUMBER. HE WILL CALL YOU BACK. GOOD GUY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

It didn't happen.

This is a fantastic company. The owner is a dedicated and honest individual that gives a fair price and does an excellent job. He responded to one slight imperfection to the installation within hours of my phone call. Very impressive customer service.
