Doors Done Right - Garage Doors & Openers

Brandon is the best. I had purchased my own door and materials, and was in the process of replacing the door myself, but was out of my depth once I ran into an issue with the old tracks in concrete. Brandon came, assessed the situation, gave me honest advice about what needed to be done and what materials I should/shouldn't use. The price agreed upon was very reasonable. I left all the products he needed where we agreed upon and he got the job done in one day. I'm glad I listened to him and went with the garage opener he suggested as I've found I'm using the garage way more than I previously thought I would. It's been 8 months and we've had no problems with the garage door; everything works smoothly. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to reach out again for any other door projects.

It went very well. I got the same day appointment and the technician arrived on time. He replaced the broken spring and the matching pair. Also, I had asked him to examine the other garage door and because I had noticed some irregular movement on that side and the technician found the problem and replaced the pulley on that side. The costs for both the jobs were very reasonable and the technician was very personable and professional.

Fantastic transaction and experience. I put out a request for quote on Tuesday of last week. Scott was quick to respond with a good amount of detail so i could get educated quickly. Pricing was super clear and scheduling with Lesley was prompt. Brandon came out on Monday. Very friendly individual and did a great job. Answered all my questions. Didn’t push for any upsells but educated me on my options. Will be coming back next year when i have my doors replaced.

The job went very well. Scott gave me an initial quote over the phone and by email. He came on-site to assess the job, then I just had to make a final decision on the Windows. Once that was completed, my order went in and then we set a date for installation. The garage doors were installed in one day, efficiently and professionally on the date as planned. I was 100 percent satisfied with the job they did.

It was 7:30pm last night and my garage door wouldn't close. I called Doors Done Right expecting to leave a message. The owner answered the phone! He scheduled my repair for the next day (today) around noon. The repairman, Ken, called me to give me a 20 min heads up, and arrived a few minutes before noon. In addition to fixing the problem, he also provided me with information regarding regular maintenance. He was thorough and explained what he had fixed. This all happened today and I've already recommended Doors Done Right to 2 people!! It was a pleasure to work with a company who delivered on what they promised!

It went great! Garage doors sound great. I called the day after Christmas and spoke to Scott (who answered right away). Great! Brandon arrived on time; reviewed the problem and confirmed I needed a new garage door opener; didn't try to sell me the most expensive system, but I had reviewed the options and decided that's the one I needed and wanted; the old opener was 15 years old and not working, but the new opener works great; Brandon worked quickly and effectively as if he could install in his sleep; we chatted up a dozen different topics from movies to sports to history to growing vegetables while he worked. He set the system tension, the key pad, and explained how everything worked. Gave me owner's manual, explained the warranties, and gave me a price for replacing rollers, pulleys and coils when the time comes but told me how to best care for them to get the most life out of them.

They went above and beyond in adjusting the tracks and support jams to ensure that this outdated door would work as efficiently as possible. When return service was needed, it was performed promptly and covered under warranty. This company stands behind the work that they perform, and provides a great overall service/product to their customers.
