I would like to say I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life and Ivan hands down has been the best contractor I have used. He is a knowledgeable, kind, easy to work with, and worked me with me every step of the way till the job was done. There are not many contractors out there that is an owner and does the actual work. Ivan was polite, punctual, and honest.. He didn't waste time with brochures and sales tactics. He came to the house, introduced himself, and asked if he could measure the roof. When he was done,, we discussed options for materials and said he would have an estimate within a day or two. He quoted the project fairly, and he was on the roof working with his crew every day. We are already discussing a second project now that the roof was replaced.

We met Ivan, the owner of Top Quality Home Renovation, while he was replacing an old wooden deck for our neighbor with a new composite one. Ivan gave us an estimate for replacing our old deck with a composite one as well. My husband had previously been in the business and had built our cedar deck with a partner more than 30 years ago. It was a unique design, detailed and somewhat complicated, and we wanted it duplicated in composite material. Ivan quickly sent us an estimate for the work; it was very reasonable. We could not be happier with the result! Ivan and his crew arrived promptly each day and completed the job in a very timely manner. They could not have been more polite and cooperative. Ivan was very responsive to our questions whether in person, via text or by phone. We highly recommend the company and will be using them again in the future for other projects at our home!

Their work was expert and they took the time and effort to make sure the property was protected (plants and other landscape) and cleaned up after every day to my satisfaction.
