Tim was immediately responsive, ethical, professional, on time, and provided wonderfully detailed reports of the properties along with photos of same as well as comparative properties. These were sent via email as well as 1st class mail! Would highly recommend!

My appraiser was very professional, thorough, prompt communication and scheduling. Provided an excellent price for the appraisal of a large home as I had done my research. I would highly recommend the Appraiser based upon my own personal experience and I had an excellent experience with Home Advisor as well, which I found by accident and it provided some great leads for my current needs as well as a follow up call regarding my satisfaction. Thank you for the great services. I did not know such services existed before and I look forward to using this service again!

Exceptional service! Arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to look at the property and answer all of the questions that I had. People like him are hard to find. I was hesitant at first to use this service but I am so glad I did. I highly recommend Tim Beyrent.

Tim was right on time when he came to appraise my house for a tax appeal. he explained everything in detail to me on how the process works and was going to do everything in his power to help me reduce my taxes. He explained he will not be bias which is fair and will fill out all the necessary paperwork that i needed to submit to the county. I saw he had positve reviews from service magic so i am glad i went with him
