Description of Work: Filled in hard wood floor where it had been damaged; refinished the entire floor, gut remodel and paint bedroom (electrical and framing separate contractors).

+ 4 moreHe is very honest, punctual and hard working. His floor and wall tile work was exceptional. He does not charge extra for the electrical, plumbing, and any other services you might need, and his personal rates are very competitive. He was willing to pick up supplies without charging. We were extremely happy with the work overall and believe we could not have not as well going to a traditional contractor. You could use your favorite plumber or electrician if you have one, or only have him do what you need.We plan to use him again for a dormer and renovating 2 bedrooms. I gave him a B on professionalism because he is not a smooth operator and is honest sometimes to a fault. If you need a salesman type, Mike is not for you. But I always felt I got the straight goods, and did not mind the extra time to choose and buy my own cabinets, tile, trim, etc. because it was not being marked up.
Description of Work: Mike Battaglia did a gut kitchen and 1/2 bath renovation on our 1930's house, including adding an external door, moving the garage door, reframinng an reclaimed section of the room.
