+ -1 moreMember stated that the Service Provider would not call back and blocked there number. Member stated that they hired another Service Provider from Angie's List and they were amazing and repaired the Heater in 5 hours. The Service Provider had the Heater hooked up backwards.
Description of Work: Member states that 4 years ago Service Provider replaced the furnace. Then every year the furnace was not heating. Member has called for service each year for the same issue. The issue has never been resolved.
