Description of Work: This was the first service and not the recurring service price which is much lower. For the first service they inspected the house inside and out looking for signs of insects to identify areas for a little heavier treatment. They were here slightly over an hour and treated the yard, a cabana, an outdoor utility shed, all around the house, and the basement. The first contact was extremely professional and helpful noting best practices and more than pleasant the entire time going over the inside and outside of the home. The treatment professional on the day of service answered questions and proceeded with the service and pointed out some problem areas. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness and no attempt to upsell.
