Description of Work: A pre-sale home inspection. Joe was very very thorough. He pointed out items as he went along and gave us advice and additional information on what we might need to do to make repairs. The report that he sent was extremely detailed with pictures indicating where and what he was referring to in his description. At the end of the report was a summary listing each item and the reference paragraph in the report. This report is going to be very helpful in preparing our home for a future sale.

+ -1 moreInspector (Jay) was very patient with questions being asked. He was early for appt and explained things simply. I received his report in a timely manner.
Description of Work: This inspector was referred by a close friend and he didnt disappoint! I found a house I wanted to purchase and contacted inspector to set up appt. Turns out the inspector isnt just a licensed home inspector he also is an engineer so he can inspect foundation too.

+ -1 moreExcellent. He emailed us the contract ahead of time. Showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection of the property from top to bottom. Promised the report in 48 hours and did email it exactly 48 hours later. Highly recommended if you need an inspection for a new home purchase.
