Description of Work: In the process of installing a gunite pool w swim-mor. They are 2 months behind schedule. Multiple items fail inspection because they are cutting corners. They are 6 weeks behind scheduling concrete and pavers. We had to hire our own contractor to speed up the pool. Then they refused to install the safety jig for diving board which we purchased thru them. They also refused to install exit ladder. They do not return phone calls or emails. The owner Chris Bonetti has hung up on us several times. We noticed the step is missing for our spa. Poor construction and extremely poor customer service. Just trying to get our pool finished. This has been a nightmare.

 + 0 moreI purchased my pool from Swim-Mor's millstone office in the fall of 2015, the permits took longer than expected but the construction process was quick and painless. They completed most of the work in the fall and just came back and finished my pool a week ago. The entire project came out better than my family hoped for. I will definitely be recommending Swim-Mor to all my friends and family. We are already planning several pool parties!

Description of Work: Asked Swim Mor to provide pool maintenance services. Salt water pool that they installed. Came out to give an estimate and immediately suggested an aqua link pool device to control pool via iphone ipad etc. Installed device without calling ahead. Pool became inoperable the day the house was to be rented. Swim Mor was unable to service or operate then pool at that point because they had no idea what they were doing. all they cared about was the sale. Careless, unprofessional, poorly informed. would never use them again. stay away.

 + 0 moreThe whole process was awful. To begin with the pool was installed 3 feet closer to the property line than where we told them it was suppose to be. After they dug the hole and they started to put the pool in, we noticing that the pool seemed to close to the fence, we told Swim-Mor about this. Their response was, 'well you should have know that ahead of time'. I didn't pay $30,000 to go out and higher an engineer to determine the proper location. This was their responsibility to put it where it was suppose to be. They talked us into installing the pool over the winter and finishing in the spring. Big mistake. When they arrived to do the tile and plaster, not one person spoke english AND they installed it in the rain with a tarp over the pool. They the plaster was so thin, after 1 acid wash, the gunite is showing through. (SWIM-MOR did the acid wash so it was not like the company who performed the acid wash did it wrong). Swim-Mor was nice and friendly up until the time we gave them the final check. Then all return phone calls stopped. We started to get the run around and employees turned rude. Good luck when dealing with any of the employees when calling for service or help either. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
