Associates had no idea about the architecture, gave me a proposal which was way off from what I was looking for. When I asked if Tom was going to visit I was told that I will only get 2 meetings with Tom. Most other architects were more flexible and open to discussion and suggestions. Upon further discussion I was told that he will only go to "high paid" towns for consultation. If that is the case then he should state that upfront rather than wasting my time with an associate who is draftsman.
Description of Work: I was looking at architects and found Tom Baio who is local to me. I contacted the office, and they said they would come for initial consultation. Unlike other Architects Tom never showed up and his associates showed up.

I attempted to call the member back and apologize for his experience with my office. I was away on vacation during this period and Roberto from my office did handle the service request. He scheduled an appointment, appeared on time, and provided a written quotation to the member within 2 days. The quotation was for architectural services and I was dismayed that we were not in his range for our services. Thomas Baio personally handles nearly all of the project meetings and upon request will certainly replace any poor experience of a staff member with himself. It is also worth mentioning that Roberto has been an employee with Thomas Baio Architect PC since 1999. In 2007 Roberto was made an associate with the firm and I am very proud of his achievements.
