Dan and DeShawn arrived on the time and did an inspection of the basement and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what was to be removed. They assessed the best exit from the basement to use and then proceeded to remove everything. They did a wonderful job and completed it in about 2 hours time. They, Matt and the rest of the team were all very professional, courteous and patient. They worked extremely hard hauling a lot of and quot;old junkand quot; from the basement and were very patient. They took time to do the best job possible. I was very pleased with this team and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I did not have to lift a finger, they did everything. I just pointed out what needed to be taken and they took it.

They were very efficient and professional. I can't sat enough about about how good they were. The price seemed fair, though not cheap.

The contractor indicated that the charge would be based on how much of their truck was filled with the material being hauled away, and that the maximum cost would be around $600 for a full truckload. They also said that they would give an estimate at the time of removal, which worked out to approximately $200. I had the opportunity at that time to either accept the amount or cancel the pickup without charge from the contractor. I accepted the amount and the old shed and contents was removed from my yard.

Called first to say when they would arrive. Got here on time. started right in .Both men pitched right in. It was finished in no time.Even swept the driveway. The only problem was the price, a little high...especially since almost everything was in bags or boxes and outside by the garage. But you pay by the truckload, and since they already had a half truck pickup before me I'm not sure I had a half truck to pack. They couldn't fit everything.

I thought they were excellent. They were very prompt and friendly. They did exactly what I had asked for.

Excellent service from making the appointment to removal to billing

We scheduled the service on their website, which described their service clearly and made it easy to specify the time we wanted, within a two-hour window, along with any other salient details. On the day of the service, their personnel were ready before our scheduled time, so they called to ask if they could come early. We said yes and they were at our house within minutes. Two men came in a truck. They gave us an estimate, which was acceptable to us, so they began work. They were courteous, efficient, professional, and responsive to our requests. The final cost was close to the estimate and reasonable.

The men arrived on time and in fact had to wait for my building (I live in a coop) to prepare the hallways and the freight elevator. They showed no sign of agitation and patiently waited. I think I was more annoyed than they were. Once the building was ready, about 20 minutes had passed, and the job began, it was completed in about an hour. Given the amount of furniture and bric-a-brac I needed to remove, I was convinced it couldn't be done in such a short period of time. What a team! I would definitely use them again.

I arranged the service via internet. They had many times available when they could come and I didn't need to wait long. They were prompt, clean, and friendly. It was expensive but garbage removal tends to be.

Three pleasant young men arrived within the specified time frame -- removed the items quickly -- and that was that --- just the kind of service I needed --- the pricing is very clear -- it depends on how much of the truck you fill up. It was a tad pricey to throw away junk but they did provide a useful and needed service. Also there were no "hidden" surprises. The best thing, of course, is to stop accumulating useless stuff! But if you have already, I would suggest this is the way to go. They hauled away 3/4 truck filled -- including freezer, sofas, barbeque, and assorted debris -- took about 45 mins.

They called before they came over because it was a bit before the appointment which was fine. They gave an estimate which was exactly what we paid. They hauled away the furniture and showed concern about not scratching my floor. It took about a half hour as promised. Also, the furniture was on the second floor and they didn't have a problem with that.

They are very expensive and not reliable. They made me wait an hour and a half. I called the office and spoke with three different people who all told me they were caught in traffic. They wanted too too much money. I didn't like the way they presented themselves over the phone, they were very unprofessional. There wasn't a lot of stone and rock to haul. I would never use them.

They did great! Was able to schedule them in the morning and they arrived within the estimated window. The haulers were friendly, efficient and took good care to do a good job. Would definitely use again.

I made the appointment on-line for the next day, which gave me a discount. They called ahead before the scheduled time to ask if it was convenient to come earlier. It was okay for me, so they came then. The 3-man team was very polite. I showed them the things to be removed, they gave me a quote, and then they got to work. They were very careful not to cause any damage to the house as they removed the items, which was a challenge in the case of the couch since it started coming apart as they carried it.

The service was excellent. The appointment was made on the internet and the followup was exactly as described on the website. The workers called before their arrival and came well within the two hour window selected on the website. The two workers were extremely professional and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. My only suggestion for any improvement to their service would be that they carry a hand vacuum with them to clean up dirt and debris that they can't pick up by hand. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking for a moderate to large scale junk removal.
