They were supposed to mulch everything and forgot several tree beds and put a very thin covering everywhere. The worst part is that they planted several bushes that were half dead at first and agreed to come back and replace them but NEVER did even after multiple calls and promises. I have accepted that they will not make good on it and I will need to replace them all myself. I was going to have them do a lot of other work but no chance at that now!

Joe Lipp came right out to the house and did a walk around. As expected the retaining wall was a goner,it hadn't been built right in the first place with no drainage to move water down the hill, so it's collapse was only a matter of time. Joe was a professional, he gave me several ideas to choose from in how toretain the area that the wall was needed in. At the same time he discussed general costs and ways tosave on each option. It was refreshing, no hard sell just helpful suggestions on what was possible, whatwas reasonable and how we could work the payments. While there he gave me very good costs on keeping the 3-Tier back yard mowed, much less than I expected and it allowed me the funds to have him maintain the front lawn and flower beds also. True to his word his guys showed up and have been doing the work on an ongoing basis for me.Since I work all the time it seems and yet love to maintain a well trimmed yard Joe is a life savor. Recently, I askedif his guys could clean out the gutters since it involved 20' up on a ladder and was amazed that he only charged me $50 to do so.
