It was a big job but they did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire them again.

Quality, professional job done in 3-phases. Some minor delays in scheduling the different phases but work was being performed at end of season so a lot of the work was weather dependent. Overall we're extremely satisfied.

George came out and prepared a detailed report with photos on the condition of the chimney. The inspection revealed that I needed a stainless steel liner as well. The job went very well but was more difficult as there were unseen problems when the liner was installed. It took George about a half a day longer but he held to his estimate even though we offered to pay for some of the difference. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. The repaired chimney looks great and also has a new cement top on it. We were very pleased with the service that we received and we would recommend them to others! I might add that we had the chimney cleaned a couple of months before the repair work was done. George prepared the estimate for repairs on the day that the cleaning was performed.

They came and inspected the chimney and fireplace, took lots of pictures, and said they would send an estimate within a week. That was over 8 months ago and I still have not heard from them. The same thing happened to a neighbor who, after not hearing from them, also called the company and was told they would get back to him shortly. No response to that phone call, either. I suspect they would rather do inspections rather than the actual work.

excellent work, grate clean up. had the materials needed work through the day on goof off. put on roof ,gutters, down spouts .

I probably had 10 estimates, and they were considerably higher, and I didn't feel the work was 100%. The work was a little sloppy.

We couldn't use our wood stove without the room filling with smoke. Greg from Country Chimney came and diagnosed the issue of a poorly lined flue with the wrong size pipe and a joint that was failing. Greg gave us a written estimate and we called the next day to schedule an appointment. He came exactly on time and quickly made the necessary repairs. Our wood stove never has worked as well as it does now, and it was just in time for the really cold weather.

They were good. They came on time and seemed to be knowledgeable.

They were 10 minutes early and explained in detail all that was being done to my husband. The initial call to set up the appointment was also very professionally handled and the woman was very informative about what to expect. I wish I could remember their names because I believe this is a family-owned/run business. I would, and will, hire them again -- I only won't wait three years this time!

We had someone come a few years ago who we weren't very happy with, but these guys were great! They cleaned up the mess, they were very professional. The were kind and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and did a terrific job. They even kept the soot off my sofa!

Greg (I think, I don't remember names very well), was very nice, polite, and I felt completely confident in his knowledge and enthusiasm for his work. They returned calls promptly, were on time or called to let us know they were running late, and cleaned up after themselves. They've done excellent work, which cost us exactly as much as they said it would. I would give them an A+ if I could, and we will definitely be using them for our chimney needs in the future.

I HAVE THE COMPANY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO CLEAN MY CHIMNEY. THEY HAVE TO CLIMB UP ON THE ROOF AND USE TOOLS THAT GET CLEAR DOWN THE CHIMNEY TO GET ANY DEBRIS OUT. THEY HAULED ALL DEBRIS AWAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
