Description of Work: We had all of our rugs cleaned, stain-proofed, moth proofed, and wrapped for storage during the 6 months while we were located in a temporary dwelling during the construction of our new home. I have used Reilly's Rug and Cleaning Services before and was always happy with their service and customer service. This was our most extensive use of their services and we are very pleased with everything they did and how they did it.

Description of Work: 4 large wool area rugs cleaned and partially rebound. called to get an estimate for pick up/cleaning/rebinding of area rugs. Staff was very professional, informative, helpful. Based on recommendation of Reilly's staff ended up getting the rugs up there myself and saved considerably. Staff gets rugs out of the car for you and are extremely helpful. Cleaning took a bit longer than expected but it was August so vacation may have impacted that. When the binding machine broke down and my largest rug wasn't ready they offered to deliver it to my house and they took it up to the 2nd floor, no charge and very apologetic. I highly recommend these folks.

Description of Work: ALL AREA RUGS REMOVED, CLEANED, MOTHPROOFING AND NEW PADS PURCHASED. EVERYONE WITH THIS FIRM KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. ALL FURNITURE WAS MOVED AND DISTANCES FROM WALL MEASURED TO INSURE PROPER PLACEMENT WHEN DELIVERED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: I think the cost was even less, I don't recall. They cleaned and repaired a runner for me. I have used them in the past and they have don a good job. The only problem is the repair took a long time. They recently came to give me an estimate on a rug that was damaged in Irene. I find them to be honest ad not high pressure. If you can drop off the item there is a 15% discount
