They do a good job. I think I paid $200 for all three services. They installed the system, so they were able to take care of it and I trust them. The price was fine. It was good. They are very responsive because they come out and do the stuff we need to meet my schedule. Their punctuality is always good.

They did not have availability for 8 weeks.

Landscaping service responded quickly to my request for yard clean up. I have a medium size hard with flowers beds. They sent two guys who were very careful about my flowers and sprinklers. They did a thorough leaf removal and lawn thatch. Carla in their office was great to deal with.

They came here and gave me a quote and I was like you could have done that for free and I paid for it. Most contractors will do a quote for free. I shouldn't have to pay to get a quote. They did give me a plan that I had to ask for a couple of times and I guess that doesn't come with the quote.

They came up with some proposals. One was to put in a stonewall and plants. They gave me a price estimate for that. For the front yard, I wanted to install some new plants and they came up with recommendations for the plants and came up with an estimate for that too. It turned out good. They called me back right away and then we scheduled some day that was appropriate for me. It was based on my schedule. There were no additional fees on top of the big deal amount. I didn't do the work. I just got the conceptual design. I was satisfied with the design that they came up with. The quality they provided was pretty good. They gave me color printing of the drawings for both the front yard and the backyard and a print out of detailed estimate information. The person who came to do the evaluation was also pretty good. They were pretty responsive. They had some follow up calls also. They came on time too.

For the landscaping, they kept all appointments, performed project and made some helpful and necessary modifications to some stone work that was in place on the front pathway. We are very pleased with the results and will have them do additional plantings in the Spring.

Very professional presentation. Enthusiastic about what he could do for us. Basically put together a great plan but was priced a little more than we our budget would allow us to spend. I would use him again for another project and probably give him the job.

Tech explained what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the job. The tech was on time and professional.

there was a bit of a hiccup when scheduling - i had requested and confirmed an appointment from 12-3 when i could have someone at the house. i got a call around 8AM from the technician asking why i wasn't answering the door. i called the home office and spoke with the receptionist who acknowledged that the mix up was on their end and told me she would handle the logistics and not to worry at all.... which is exactly what happened. so far so good with the service, but i wont know if what they did actually worked or not until i power up the system again in the spring! i

I bought the service on Angie's list. The price was very competitive. The guy arrived on time, was extremely friendly and got the job done in 20 minutes. He also took time to answer my questions and put labels on valves to make my life easier

Unlike other landscapers, this company is reachable by telephone and responsive to requests & particular instructions. I would recommend them for sprinkler winterization.

Service provider was extremely helpful on the phone and worked out the times i needed for the winterization of my lawn. At $45, the service provided was really good and i will gladly use them next year, possibly for more services as well..

He was very knowledgable, efficient, trustworthy and all around professional. will definitely use again.

After buying a deal through Angie's List, the contractor called to set the appointment as promised and showed up on time. The workman was professional and polite, and went right to work. Its hard to say how good a job it was since it was a sprinkler shut down for the winter.

It wasn't very good. It took them quite a while to get to us. They didn't have our email. They got to us after three or four months. They brought someone out and I told them what we wanted. It was totally off. I wanted the backyard done and they focused on the front. Then they had to send somebody else out a month after that. She was great. We didn't use them. It was $25,000 for a bunch of plants. It was not pleasant. It took them three months to get out here and the price.

Laid out a recommendation, however, I was not their perfect customer. The net result was a strong desire on their part to perform a revamping of my landscaping. Some of which was not necessary. What I was able to get done was for significantly less then their price (30%). It did require some time and effort shopping around, but worth it. Date is approximate, as I destroyed the proposal

The person came on time and was very professional. After winterizing all the zones, there were few sprinkler head that needed manually remove the water by pushing the head. He did that.

I thought at least they would adjust to better cover the grass them bu they didn't. not really worth it other than to get an estimate for fixing some problems.

One person arrived right on time. He had plates to put on the lawn so he could drive his machine over the grass without leaving any marks. Yeah! The area was leveled and seeded beautifully and he even seeded to other bare areas for me.

The big expensive part of the plan was replacing my slate walkway with pavers, using the exact same design as I have now. I had requested a "graceful" pathway to the driveway, the design was an exact copy of what I already had using different materials. Waste of time and money. The plants I had were to be replace with the same plants: azaleas, rhododendron, etc, only the plants were really, REALLY expensive. Instead of wasting all this money on a front yard makeover, I had Ted Winters Construction put in a new deck with a paver patio underneath for just about the same money, maybe a little more, but well worth it.

They ended coming and doing an excellent job.

Luis was great. so much so that I hired them to do the work to repair the 5 heads that were damaged and cap off one of the heads that we were not using. I have also had them out a 2nd time to repair issues caused by another contractor and the cost was very low. Great company who is very responsive and take pride in what they do. Carla, Luis and george have been very professional, and I love doing business with them. They will be taking care of all my lawn care needs needs now and into the future!

I received a design plan but it wasn't what I asked for. I asked for certain criteria. I wanted to design our backyard to look like a rectangle. The design included plants running along the property line making it look like a triangle. It wasn't very helpful except for the names of the plants. I didn’t bother to follow up because I can do the landscaping. He only came out once. He was very nice, polite and professional He must have misunderstood. It was a high quality plan and easy to follow. I had to follow up to get them to respond and 10 weeks went by before we got the plan.

The design phase, contract phase & planting phase went well. Questions and responses after completion did not go well. They provided me with an good design and changed the original proposal per my requests. I told them I wanted low maintenance. I'm not a gardener and told them I was relying on their expertise. They sent a nice note after I signed on with them promising to "exceed my expectations". They told me they were booked about 2 weeks out, but as it turned out, they were able to fit me in before that. The plantings were lovely. I had asked about a sprinkler system, since I tend to forget to water my lawn and didn't want to kill my new plants. John told me they could price one for me, since they didn't install them, or they could install a soaker hose under the mulch and hook it to a timer which would be sufficient to get the plants the water they needed. I told them to add the soaker hose & timer to my contract. The day they came by to plant, they only installed the soaker hose under the mulch & walkway without hooking it up to a timer, or my water spigot. That's when my relationship with them went south. I had to contact them several times to get them to come back out. When they finished installing the timer, the soaker only watered some of the plants. The water didn't get all the way through the soaker hose to all of the plants. I had already paid them the balance due when the hose was installed. I thought they had finished the promised work. I then received a second bill for the soaker hose & timer. I paid it thinking I must not have paid for it originally. When I re-read the contract, I emailed them to say that I paid for the same thing twice. After a few calls and emails back and forth with their office, the owner, Robert called me back. His response to my question was "soaker hoses don't really work well" and he would refund the second payment as a "good faith gesture". I told him to get someone out to remove the soaker hose and hardware, since it didn't work. He did get someone to come out & dump the soaker hose in my driveway while leaving a section under my walkway. I asked them again to send someone out to get the hose section from under my walkway and remove all of the hose sections and hardware. Their second trip out, I returned everything to his employee. When I emailed asking for a refund for the soaker & timer, I received a response from the owner saying the "time and materials they expended exceeded what they billed". So I guess I was paying for the multiple times they came out to do the same thing.
