I used R&S landscaping to winterize my sprinkler system and now I used them to startup my sprinklers now that the weather is warmer. Again all went well with this service. I would use R&S landscaping for all my sprinkler system needs. Website is quite impressive and gives you an idea of all of their vast service offerings. I would consider using them for other landscaping services in the future when the time comes.

I now use R&S landscaping to winterize and startup my sprinkler system every year. All went well with this service. The price they charged this year went up a little over $20 from the previous year but that is not an unreasonable increase/cost of doing business.

This was the first time that I used R&S Landscaping. All went well so I would consider using R&S Landscaping to winterize and to start up sprinklers in the Spring time as well.

The people at R&S are always friendly and professional. I've used them for a few different things, including opening up my sprinkler system in the spring, doing repairs, and winterizing the system in the fall. They're always on time, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

this is the 2nd year i've used these guys to blow out my sprinklers before the winter. wont know results until i power up the system next year, but all looks like its in order. the price did go up from year to year though, so i may buy myself a compressor to save money in the longrun.

Louis arrived promptly and completed the job in the a very reasonable time and was sure to explain to me what he was doing. I was very happy with his and R&S Landscaping services. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Our entire experience with Rob and the team at R&S Landscaping was great. From the first visit, Rob was very helpful, explaining everything very clearly and guiding our choices along the way. The quote was provided promptly and the work was completed on time and exactly as described in the quote. It makes a huge difference in the way our home looks and we will definitely do more business with R&S Landscaping.

Very professional. They called me and also e-mailed me to schedule the service. Showed up on time and got my sprinkler system programmed and running in no time.

We are very happy with the landscaping plan. Our main contact at R&S was polite, personable, and gave me advice about our existing landscaping and land.

I used these guys for the past two years working with Rocky. This year, since he left, it has been awful. First they didn't show up for several weeks into the season, they just "don't know" how I wasn't properly scheduled. Then I had them fix the sprinklers, they really did not know what they were doing and spent a lot of time fussing with the line they couldn't fix instead of just running a new one. I had to insist they take off $ for wasted hours. Then they "fixed" it but I found afterwards that one sprinkler head is still not working, and others are not set properly so that they don'tcover the lawn, and they set hte timer incorrectly so that they go off in the afternoon instead of at night. I asked them to fix this, now they are insisting I pay first- why should I pay for an unfinished job? Also, I hired them to plant flowers in my deck planters- they planted hydrangeas which died immeditately, and these weed like vines that grew like the scary plant monster in that musical little shop of horrors- and other crazy weeds are growing which tells me they used crappy dirt to plant. It is now a horror show. I will now have to hire someone else to rip all that out and plant the pretty flowers I wanted in the first place. Done.

The service provider arrived as scheduled. He as very personable and professional. He went about his business and took care to check that everything was working properly. He set the timer schedule. He even provided me a legend of what was being watered on each zone. I wouldn't use them again just because they only work Monday through Friday, providing a 4 hour window of when they will arrive. As a working person, this does not work out for me. If they worked on Saturday or were able to schedule an exact appointment I would certainly use them for all my irrigation needs.

They did a great job. It was a complicated set-up; there are one of the few companies who could handle such a job.The price is higher, but you get good quality work.

It was not a good service. I paid $100 or something like that. Whatever they printed out in their fine print, when they came to check the house, they asked more money than what they advertised. So, I did not end up using them and I just paid $100 and it was basically for nothing. They called me up after I signed up and paid the money. I met with a guy. He came to my property and checked it out. After that, that guy I think, left the company. We had kind of talked about for a hour on what to do and what not to do. Then, the owner contacted me. The owner came and we met for about 5-10 minutes and he said that the project is very big and that's why he took over. He gave me a proposal, despite the fact that they had advertised that the size of the property did not matter. They said, "This is a big property. So, we can't do the same deal. This is what the proposal is." I did not like their attitude. So, I didn't go with them. Then, I sent the owner an email stating that I paid $100, basically for a free consultation that everybody does. He said he couldn't give my money back if I was going to write a negative review. I said, "That's okay. Just give my money back." He never sent me the money back. The guy was 15 minutes late for the appointment and he didn't call me and I had to call his office. That was the first meeting with the second guy who was the owner.

They were fine. It worked out fine. They were very nice people. They were very good.

This place does a fine job. And if you find them on here with a coupon for opening up your sprinkler system by all means use them. I did not give an A because they would not honor my new customer coupon. It was a $20 coupon I received in the mail and I was told significantly after the fact that it needed to be physically presented to the technician in order to receive credit. This type of policy is not the kind that an company deserving of an "A", the type of company that understands customer service, would adopt. Regardless they are relatively punctual and from my understanding the technician was very nice as well. I've already used them again regardless of the coupon issue, so please take that into consideration as well. They are a good vendor.

Company showed up exactly on time and on date promised. Very accommodating, taking great care to explain my seasonal watering needs and programming times. Will use again.

When they did show up they were unprepared to do the job. They did nothing but waste my time, they have no sense of a schedule and cannot keep an appointment. Buyers stay away from this company!

Purchased the $45 system start up from angies list, but got charged an additional $50 ($9 for parts - 2 broken heads and $41 for labor). Called it in and was explained to me that additional repairs were not included in the deal which i thought was unreasonable considering the work involved. I explained to them i would have been better off turning on the system myself and just calling them out to replace the 2 broken heads saving myself the $45 "Start up Special". Lets call spade a spade and just call this angies list deal a "we'll just look through your system and tell you whats wrong only charge".

They did a very good job. I had them do some extra modifications as well.

Phil was awsome. He walked me through every thing and certainly has a great knowledge of what he is doing
