Description of Work: They came up with a landscaping plan that we liked,and a week later they dug up the unhappy plants in my garden and put in new ones. They also replanted some of the salvageable plants in another spot. It looked very nice when they finished. At the moment, some of the perennials look like they have had it. Maybe they are supposed to look that way at this time of year. They are guaranteed for 90 days, so we will see when they come back to look. Otherwise, this firm was very easy to work with.

Description of Work: Irrigation system winterization. I used Angie's discount and paid $45. The price was reasonable for my system (only 3 zones and a few sprinkler heads on each), and the service was great. I hope they offer the same price next year in fall so I can use them again.

Description of Work: This was sprinkler winterization. There were two minor glitches, but overall I am very happy with the work. They were on time and did everything as expected. The first time they came they could not get the compressor started, so they had to come again on a different day. They also blew away one of the heads and I had to find it and put it back in or by the spring the pipe would have been full with debris.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for sprinkler winterization for only $55.00. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: I ordered their sprinkler startup deal as I had just bought the house and was not sure if I knew everything I needed to know about the sprinkler system. They were not able to give me a weekend appointment, so I had to settle for the first appointment on a business day. The person arrived on time at 8am and took about an hour for the whole job. He showed me where all sprinkler heads were and discovered that there was a fifth zone whose valve was covered with dirt and completely hidden from view. Unfortunately the previous owner and his landscaper had allowed dirt to cover the valves and one of them was stuck open, so we had to keep the water off. I was told to schedule another appointment for the valve replacement, but because they were so busy the appointment was more than 3 weeks into the future. During that time I did not need the system as it rained relatively regularly. Over the following three weekends I removed all the dirt covering the valves, took the problem one apart myself, cleaned it up and that corrected the issue. I cancelled the second appointment as it was no longer needed. | |Great company with great service, but it seems that everyone knows that, so the wait times for appointments are relatively long.
