The client purchased the deal over the weekend. The very next business day, we contacted her to alert her of our service area. She was given instructions to request a refund. She received the refund immediately from Angie's List. We will be sure to specify the service area and include in the Deal description in the future.

Response from R&S Landscaping
Our designers always request a meeting with our meet clients before preparing a project plan. The client was unable to meet us in person and declined our inquiries for a meeting. They only communicated through email. It appears the reason the client was not pleased with the plan we provided was due to details that were lost in email communication. We offered to make revisions to the design, but the client said they were no longer interested in pursuing the project. It's unfortunate they chose to instead submit such a negative review.

Description of Work: They even came and got rid of my poison ivy and check out every issue I ask them to. Their product is good for those with asthma and I can sit outside even when the grass is wet without inhaling weird chemicals. They are very customer friendly.
