They did an OK job with the proposal, but I am not sure if I would be able to use them for the work, since they would be too expensive, though I cannot compare their price with anyone else.

They smooth out the charges for seasonal work over a series of payments, so its part of a payment plan. They come out exactly when they say they will. They have a wide variety of services that they offer and they cover everything I need. It's helpful to have this all done by one person. Their prices are a little high and I may look around to see if I can find someone else who can do a comparable job for a lower price.

The overall project went extremely well, We had a few delays due to weather and scheduling,but the project was completed within 3 weeks. The patio looks great and Dave's team of installers were excellent.

see above. It appeared to me that they were continuing to promote this deal even when they were unable to respond to earlier acceptors in a timely and professional manner. In fairness I have to say that other landscapers have also been unresponsive after coming out to visit the site and review our objectives, but we did find someone else who met our goals, and they performed the work very successfully.

I wanted to redo the landscaping around my house. There was a special deal on Angie's List for a proposal and estimate including blueprints which I thought was a very good price. The representative was punctual and courteous and drew up plans with prices for various sections of the landscaping as well as a total package as I requested because I did not think I could do it all at once. The representative did not quite get the look I was going for but after another conference quickly revised plans to be more in line with what she thought I wanted. There was no extra charge for the revised plans. Unfortunately, the second plans were still not quite what I had in mind. I decided to take some pictures of plantings that I liked and submit them to her. I am sure she would have revised again with my ideas in mind, but my financial situation changed and made it impossible for me to continue with landscaping. The representative was understanding and said if my situation changed she would be happy to revise the plans again. I do not know if there will be an additional charge if I contact them again.

When I explained that I had a variance for a driveway and that was going to take care of the corner of the yard, the gentlemen who came out lit up and got really excited about the project. Unfortunately, I think that aspect of the landscaping aoccupied most of his attention and the actual landscape plan which I paid for became sort of an afterthought. I think he got really busy when spring rolled around and the details which I had discussed with him got lost by the time the drafting person back at the office was told what to put in the plans. All in all, they seem like they could do good work, but I was unimpressed with the plan they came up with for my yard as it was really just half-baked. But it was only $99 so . . .

Overall, I am pleased. This is an ongoing service and I love coming home and seeing a well manicured lawn without having to wrangle with the mower, weed wacker, and all the sundry tools of the trade! Thank you, R & S Landscaping.

David came by expactly when he said he would. He explained the whole process clearly and completed the survey that day. David said needed two weeks to come up with the plan. Two weeks later he gave us professional detailed desgn plan!

initial phone contact professional and friendly. appointment made. rep arrived on time we talked about area to be planted and she set about taking measurements of area. when ready to leave, she let me know, and stated she would contact me when she finished plan. emailed about a month later to set appointment to present her plan. arrived on time with detailed drawing, photos and specific information about plantings recommended. we talked about how services would be performed and how she would be checking in once a month throughout season to be sure plantings stayed healthy. very professional, pleasant and informative.

Signed up for an Angie's special. R&S came out surveyed and developed a comprehensive plan for our property. Their work product was very professional and is the basis for subsequent work. I will utilize R&S to do the work. Very pleased.

Landscaped property and full season work. They were very professional, but you should be home to inspect while they work and make sure they are spot on to what is delivered against the contract. Any seasonal yard work is charged if not on the contract. One branch that falls will be a disposal fee. Gas is charged as well. They are known to visit your home and walk around your property checking things out. This is part of their care program to ensure all plantings are doing well and they are covering their work. Courtesy calls will be made to report issues to cover their liability. They are a high-end landscaping firm and charge at least 15-20% higher than the next guy who can also drive a mower and swing a leaf blower. Not brain surgery. Do not expect a seasonal contract discount, but if you do get one, watch out for extra charges throughout the season that will make up for any discounts you had on contract.

We have been wanting to re-landscape one side of our property for the longest time, and when I saw the Angie's List Big Deal that R&S was offering for $99 for landscape design we jumped at it. Brittney scheduled an appointment to come out onsite to talk with us and see what ideas we had about how we envisioned our property redone. After a couple of visits for detail measuring and photos, Brittney developed a beautiful landscape design incorporating our ideas with hers and came back out to the house for her presentation to us and to provide us with full size color prints of her concepts. She did an awesome job! Far nicer then what I had expected from dealing with our regular landscapers in the past. We are now in the process of fine tuning the labor and costs involved in bringing her conceptual design to reality.

R&S is great to work with. They're very respectful of our need to keep the backyard safe for the dogs with respect to chemicals. The cost is high to have a professional landscaper but you get what you pay for with R&S. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME THERE WAS ONE SLIGHT ISSUE AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED WHICH THEY CAME BACK AND CORRECTED AT NO COST TO ME.

Mr. Carlos and crew of four arrived on time and worked almost nine hours to complete the job in one day. Mr. Robert inspected their work the next morning, sent his crew back the next day to make minor improvements. We are completely satisfied.

We had called R & S for an estimate along with several other companies. They responded within a few hours to set up an appointment for 2 days later (a Saturday). Robert, the owner, came out as promised and we discussed various ideas for the grassy area. He said he would email his proposal within the next day or so. We had the proposal on Sunday. They also provided us with brochures showing numerous paver options. We decided to go ahead with them since we checked with Angie's List and they had an A+ rating and were impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness they displayed from our initial call. We signed the contract, gave our deposit and picked out our pavers. They started the job about 3 weeks later as they had agreed. Their employees were fantastic! They arrived at the time specified, were courteous, and answered any questions we had. They worked on the patio for 3 1/2 days and each evening before leaving made sure that every bit of debris, dirt or dust was cleaned up. The construction manager, Dave, stopped by at least once a day to check on the progress and find out if we had any concerns or questions. The completion of the patio has far surpassed what we expected. We feel as though we have gained an additional outdoor room. We look forward to working with R & S again on another project (hopefully) next year.

They were excellent. They stand behind their work. They are also very professional. There was nothing I could complain about. They were prompt. They cleaned up and were spotless. I didn't have to tell them to do anything. It was all done exactly as I wanted. Their price is reasonable.

They were courtesous and timely. I have no complaints on them. They showed up when they were supposed to and the lady who came explained herself well on the design she made. We decided not to go with them because of financial reasons.

Our general maintenance went fine. Specialty tasks and snow removal did not go well. Also met with the owner about a future landscaping project and found him to be arrogant and inaccessible. I generally do not like their attitude as a company and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

They were very professional and punctual. They talked about more than just what I wanted done. They gave me some recommendations on what to do in the future of I wanted to add anything else to what already exists in my yard.

They are prompt and careful. They pay attention to detail and do the job they come to do. They also manage our lawn irrigation system with which we have never had a problem as we have had with others providers.

EVERYTHING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS POSITIVE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR AT LEAST FIFTEEN YEARS AND KNOW THEY OFFER AN ARRAY OF SERVICES. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS FAIR.

LAST YEAR, THE MANAGER WAS NOT RUNNING THE COMPANY RIGHT. THIS YEAR THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER AND HE HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THINGS. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING THIS YEAR.
