They did a good job. They were nice and right on-time. They explained things well and the price was fair.

They never got back to us and then we just canceled the Big Deal. My husband bought the Big Deal and I believe they contacted him via phone, but then never followed up so we went with another service provider.

They did an excellent job and accomplished everything I asked them to do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased for the landscaping plan. They were good. We were happy with them. We paid additional for the actual work. That price was reasonable. The person came out immediately but it took a while to get the final plan. We found out that he had left so the owner came in and picked it up. It was an unusual circumstance. We were away for part of it so we couldn't blame them.

They were good. They were in depth with their plan. We gave them a budget but they came in with a plan that was double our max. They did come back with a more reasonable estimate.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. We got exactly what we asked for, probably a little bit more because it was for a landscape consulting and architectural designs for a backyard lay-out so we got all that. There were no extra charges.

Did the job. Would use again.

It was really good. They seemed knowledgeable. I had kind of a tricky backyard and came up with an interesting plan to level it out and make it more useable. The guy was really nice. The pricing of their project was expensive.

The contractor was very responsive and accommodated my scheduling needs. They have designed their proposal to meet my requirements. However, the proposal included losing (not using) about 2000 SFT of my 7000 SFT land. This was not acceptabel for me. Also, the estimate for the proposal was also out of my reach.

Was told every plant on it was deer resistant and they were experts in this. Every plant I planted based on their advice was quickly devoured by the deer. I feel I threw out $100. |It was a real struggle to get the plans done. I kept calling them and they would promise it and then not do it. They were very unprofessional in fulfilling their commitment to the job. I really had to be on top of it again and again. I would never use them for the actually landscape work after experiencing this.

They did what they said they would do. However, I wouldn't have known it was done unless I inspected the system: no notice was left. But, great job for a great price. I would use them again.

Also, most landscaping companies do this for free. I paid 100.00 so I expected much more. Very disappointed.

They came promptly and finished the job without issues. Will use them again in the future.

It has gone very well. It did take some time to get the appointment set up. We got an estimate back last week and it was very professionally done. We were pleased with the presentation and the details. We are reviewing it and will be making some decisions and getting back to them. I was a little disappointed in how long it took them to get out here. It was not too bad. I was pleasantly surprised at the detail in the presentation of what they are offering and the suggestions of what we could do to enhance our landscape. They had lots of pictures and diagrams. Everything was done to scale. It had good explanation. That was all good.

The service turned out great. Scheduling was easy, they called me to set up the appointment and they were able to accommodate my needs. They came out, turned off the water and blew out the sprinkler lines to prepare the system for winter.

They came to our property to develop a plan for landscaping/improvements to our property. The plan includes proper plant placement for sun/shade conditions, All labor involved with project with driveway expansion and a small retaining wall. Thought their price was high.

Service was excellent. Reviewed problems with some sprinkler heads. Will definitely have them back in Spring 2014 to service everything.

Came - and did 75% of the work we agreed upon. I sent pictures to contact asking them why they didn't finish and have had zero response even after multiple contacts. I had to pay another landscaper to come in and finish the job they agreed to do and they keep sending me bills for the balance even after I have called and emailed them telling them the job was not completed. Based on my experience I would not use them for service. I have found a company that is much more reasonabl,responsive, and actually do the work they agree to. ******UPDATE***** John did call me on 11/13 to ask what happened. Seems he didnt receive emails although we verified on the phone it was his email I was sending to. I will give John credit for his professionalism on our call, he did apologize several times. I did change his ratings on professionalism due to the call and raised his overall as I appreciated the call. I left everything else the same as for me this was my experience with R&S.

the only problem I have is that the estimate was 1837 and I sent a deposit of 1600 and then when the job was done I sent the remaining 237 and when the final bill I had overpaid them by almost a hundred dollars and did not get my refund back

The proposal was thorough and appealing but more work and expense than we are looking to undertake at this time.

It went well. The shrubs are doing nicely a year and half later. Several shrubs did not do well, are are being replaced under warranty. The drainage pit also needed repair, at owner's expense. All in all, I recommend them for standing behind their work

It took quite some time for us to agree on a date/time that would work for both of us. The first visit was promising, as we spent time going over all of my "wish list" for the front and back yard. I was promised a proposal within a few days. None arrived for quite some time. When I finally received the proposal, it bore no resemblance to what we had discussed. It was as if the person who prepared the proposal had not had any discussion with me whatsoever. I would not use this company in the future.

went well. really responsive, great plan and design. Still figuring out what our needs our but that is our issue not the company's. They are SUPER felxible workinh with us on whatever we decide

I am very pleased with their service. they have scheduled me so that my town pickup will match their service dates. I would use them for all my landscape needs (lawn cutting etc are competitive) but do not want a contract for a year. Am still weighing the pros and cons.
