Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $55.00 for Sprinkler Winterization. That service turned out okay and I would give the experience a B letter grade.

Description of Work: Theis was for a $99.00 landscape assessment/analysis with design proposal & conceptual plan Big Deal. They committed to having the proposal within a month and it took three months so their punctuality was not good. I was in the end very happy with the design that they came up with.

Description of Work: I signed up for the program because I wanted to do something with the exterior of our home but was not sure what I wanted. Dave was awesome, he blew me away with his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for my project. He came to my home and we colloborated on what would have been an awesome project. He gave me a detailed and reasonable proposal. Natural disasters created a situation where we could not move forward. I paln on hiring this company soon for a scaled down version of our master plan.

Description of Work: R&S is professional and prompt to respond on estimates and followups. Clearly explained the services, pricing and value. Though we ended up engaging another landscaper on par, R&S's professionalism is something to appreciate truly.

Description of Work: Concept design was very nice but just too expensive and I could not afford to do it so I can make no other assessment other than I wish I could have implemented the plan.

Description of Work: This was supposed to be a consultation and rendering of a patio with pavers. While we did have a consultation, the actual deliverable was of poor quality and the individual (while very nice and professional) did not address the biggest issue, which was the need for steps. He suggested wooden steps even though when he was here for the initial consultation, I told him I did not want that. He could tell I was unhappy with the final product and more significantly, his failure to locate the stone I had identified as the one I wanted. All told, this was NOT a good experience and it has soured me on your "Big Deals." I felt this was a come on and the real deliverable was an estimate, and a high one at that, which I could have gotten from most vendors for free.

Description of Work: We continue to be pleased with the services provided by R&S Landscaping. Routine services have been effective. Their personnel are knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. Super storm Sandy damaged some of our trees creating a cleanup nightmare. An email to R&S on Monday resulted in a cleanup on Tuesday. You can't ask for more than that!

Description of Work: The plan is to do the work next spring. Rob, an owner, is very responsive to requests and has excellent ideas. We are very excited about the plans.

Description of Work: The R&S crew came back today because they found that some of the driveway pavers had sunk slightly. We had not noticed any imperfections but I was informed that they had done an inspection of their work some time after completion last fall and decided to wait until Spring to come back and make the repairs. I must emphasize the point we did not call for this work. We had no complaints about the initial job. As before, when they were finished today the site was clean. We will certainly be using their services in the future.
