The mechanics showed up on time and immediately got to work. In front of the fireplace, they laid down a drop cloth to protect the rug. I was impressed with the esthetics of their work, it was very detailed and showed experience in these matters. Overall, the contractor was completely done in only a few hours. BTW my wife and I love the gas logs. I no longer have to look for firewood or clean up ashes. I have contacted with this contractor for additional work later this week.

The 40 gallon water heater in our home was 10 years old and was making a lot of noise when water was heated. We decided to replace it before it completely broke down. The company was recommended to us. We called and asked how much it would be for a 50 gallon replacement. They stated over the phone that it was $1080 for everything; new tank, permit, and labor. They came on time, they were professional and they cleaned up after their work. The old water heater was replaced with an energy efficient 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. The installation time was reasonable and the price fair. Overall the experience and work done was good.

They flushed out the steam unit on the steam shower and did a good job with that. They did not fix the valve on the thermostat correctly and ruined all my cashmere sweaters. I had to have another plumber come in and repair his errors. He also had a helper fee and did not understand why he needed a helper for this job.

We had some problems with this job. They couldn't get the village to shut off the water main in the cold weather, so ended up only doing the one small job. We felt we were overcharged for this. They should have known the rest of the work could not be done.

We called Pattman Plumbing after much frustration on my husband's part. They responded to our initial phone call within 15 minutes, and then were at our house within a half hour. Two people came and worked for about 3 hours until the toilet was installed. They were extremely professional and courteous. We were very happy with their work and have recommended them to friends.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE WORKING. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
