Great experience. The inspector didn't recommend any work, and even took the time to fill a few holes in the foundation of our house where mice could enter. He was nice and professional and on time. Great experience.

They showed up on time, acted professionally, and appeared to have solved the problem.

Very professional and patient technicians working from the basement to the 3rd floor. Good followup ; flexible with changing schedules. They did indicate that our plan was the most comprehensive and any evidence of pest activity , they would come out and address. No new signs of mice - still a minor problem with ants. On followup, gel application was added. Monitor over next 30 days and then get back to them with update

Both salesperson and tech were professional and punctual.

They came out for an initial visit, looked at my house and gave me the estimate. The guy who came out was professional, but I have not decided to do the job yet. I discussed a yearly contract that would have cost about $400 yearly. The experience was kind of brief, but he showed up on time, was professional and explained everything. It was a good experience.

On time, professional and thorough

We thought we had a squirrel nest, but it turned out to be a bird's nest. The estimate was reduced, the nest removed and a metal patch put over the hole in our siding. Worker was informative and professional. We had caught a mouse in the house and they pointed out likely spots in the basement where a mouse could be caught. The set several traps at no charge to us. Fortunately we never had another mouse. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We're very satisfied with them. They were prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did the job that they said they were going to do. They explained everything. They were very helpful. I thought their pricing was fair, it was in the ballpark of what I expected. I made an appointment and they were there when they said they were going to be there.

He was very responsive and did what we asked him to do. The pricing was reasonable because we contacted several companies to compare. He seem to know a lot about what he was doing.

The technician was prompt, cordial, knowledgeable, and professional.

The man from Horizon was very nice, courteous, and seemed to know his stuff. The only thing that made me unhappy with the company is that he was selling me a year long contract that cost close to $800, which I really don't need. Or at least, I don't know that I need it since I just moved in. I called another company who took care of my problem for around $200, and his work is guaranteed for a year so if the critters return, I can have him come back to do another treatment free of charge. That makes so much more sense.

I have had them for a year now, they are wonderful they show up on time. They are very professional and communicate well. They work with you on appointments.

I decided not to go with them and I thought that they were way too high. They were very gracious and everything was fine.

My actual experience with them was at a house that I have and they were expensive for the service that they provided. I paid them $350 for an entire year and they would come out once a quarter but they did not do much. They did take care of the immediate problem but once a quarter, they will come out and lay a few traps. $350 was a lot of money for a little bit of work. They were pleasant to work with but they obligate you into an annual contract. I have recommended to them that instead of a contract, I will just call them when I need them in the future. I would probably not use them again in the future.

Prompt and Professional. Came back to set more traps and poison multiple times. However, like any "Pest Control" service when dealing with mice, you are pretty much paying them to come and tell you something you can learn on the internet and for them to bring you traps and poison that you can buy in any home improvement store. If the company offered a guaranteed service to seal any openings that were allowing mice into the home, it would be worthwhile. However, the knowledgeable exterminators wont do this because they know that is near impossible in a finished home. I used them to satisfy the tenants who would have otherwise doubted I was doing all I could.

Friendly, punctual, and professional.

They have been great. They are very responsive and if we have any kind of issue, they are here. They are very accommodating and understanding. We haven't had any problems. They pretty much kept their word with their contract. The price is fair. It is not inexpensive but not outrageously expensive.

We are current in the process of buyng our first home, and there was a small area in the attic that had questionable mold. We called the company, they were extremely friendly and understanding in the position we were in and were able to have someone come out on our schedule to assess the area. On the day of our appointment we met Glen, who was fantastic! Glen took the time to explain everything to us, about mold, how to properly get rid it and also the chemicals they use and why they use them to test the area of suspected mold. Not only was he extremely knowledgable but also extremely friendly and it was a pleasure to have met him. We will definatly be calling them back for services once we get our new home.

Bob, Luke, and Anthony are wonderful. They've helped both for routine maintenance and in emergency situations.

Horizon has wonderful customer service. The experience from beginning until now has been wonderful. The initial visit from the sales person was great. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and was overall a nice and honest person. The tech that was sent out to do the actual work whose name is Tyrone, was wonderful. He is very professional, kind, friendly and knows his stuff. It's great that Horizon has a person like that working for them. He is great!

They were very good. They were very courteous.

It was an excellent experience. He knew what he was doing and got rid of the ants. Their service includes 4 visits. They are very flexible with their scheduling. We have no complaints and they are very pleasant

David Paul arrived on time and walked around the outside and inside of the house and garage. Talked with me about his observations. He made recommendations for preventative services, which we are considering.

Although Horizon has not done work for us, I would highly reccommend them and use them whenever we have a extermination need.
